Everyone is rude in there except one girl with glasses and the gentleman with the wics(if they're there) . Im not coming here anymore due to that. They make your order completely wrong and don't greet you at all(minus the two ppl). I'm confused every time if they're ready to take my order. ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES. Back again today for a Berry Brazilian with some peanut butter. The service was better but the bowl was a mess. Old fruit was added to my bowl. I brought it right back and the gentleman who did not make my original bowl helped me a made me a new one. He apologized. I thank him for helping but I think i will take my business elsewhere. You'll drive right past this place if you're not careful, but i'm glad it caught my eye in the strip mall here. The first thing that caught my eye is there are no tables/chairs inside! I asked the server and she mentioned it's because they don't have a bathroom. There is outdoor seating but the smoothies can only keep you cool for so long outside in the summer! Still, I went on Tuesday and stumbled on their $2.99 Tuesday, which is a 22 oz smoothie that you have to pick from one of their menus (this changes every month, but Tuesdays are ALWAYS $2.99 (no substitutions though). I ended up with the "Yo' Adrianne", strawberry, banana and yogurt, but could've easily have grabbed the zeus juice or werewolf. Very tasty, very fresh, and you don't walk away feeling a punch in your wallet like you sometimes do with a certain king of smoothies! They also have a selection of chips, fruit/nut bars to snack on if your smoothie isn't going to be enough. Great store...i'll be back on Tuesday :) read more

I'll start by saying, if you're not familiar with the area, you'll drive by Planet Smoothie and not know it's there. I've been coming to this location for a little over a year and every time my experience is pleasant. The employees are prompt and friendly. They do as much as they can at once to get customers in and out. The smoothies are delicious! Twig and Berries is my favorite drink, and the flavors are 100% there. They offer many different add-ons for your smoothie needs including fresh green veggies, ginger, protein, flax seeds, etc. On my last trip in I noticed that there are now Island drinks available with ginger added to give you a tropical feel. Besides smoothies, Planet Smoothie offers vegan cookies, chips and other little goodies that are healthy that you might like to snack on with your drink. read more

Something totally unrelated to my visit, reckless driver, caused my smoothie to spill all over my front passenger side floor. I went into Planet Smoothie Morrow Sunday afternoon at approximately 145p... there was a young guy there working alone and taking three customer orders that were there prior to our arrival. So once we walked in he was taking the last Lady in line order. So he asked us to wait... this still was a 5 star experience bc he acknowledged us. So maybe after 5 min of waiting two young ladies walked in from outside, an Asian and a Caucasian. The Asian immediately came out stating "I can help the next customer" as she proceeds to wash her hands so my husband begins to place his order. Then, the Caucasian girl comes out and immediately grab Cups and ask to take orders. So I walk to the register and whisper to the guy she needs to wash her hands bc she just came from outside. So he gestures to her to wash her hands in a very professional non noticeable way, and she loudly states "I haven't made a drink yet as she is touching the rim of a cup and writing on it" HOW GROSS!! So nicely I tell her "it doesn't matter you came from outside" and she has an attitude with me the customer bc she was asked to wash her hands before touching my cup. As much as I love Planet Smoothie they don't EVER have to worry about me going our of my way to support them, bc that's UNACCEPTABLE and FOOD SERVICE 101 read more

The customer service sucks. One of the servers was very rude. There is a five person limit, but that wasn't the problem. It was the way she said it. I explained that my son was with me and he needed to come in to see the menu. He needed to point to the menu to let me know what he wanted because he couldn't talk. The other clerk asked did he have an iPhone. When I said no, the rude clerk told me I had to get out of line and let another customer go, so I can go to speak to my son. I texted him instead. The icing on the cake is when she snatched my card out of the machine because she thought it was the previous customer. The other clerk told her it was mine. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My friend and I went this location and not one person working spoke or even acknowledged that we were there. They served everyone else first and still didn't say anything to us as we were standing in line. One of the customers who had just left out came and in and they acknowledged his presence and still didn't say anything to me or my friend. Even we said something to them they acted as if we hadn't been standing there. The lack of customer service has lost them a customer. This one star I gave was me being nice. read more

This vibe of the store is rather urban, with hip hop music playing and they have a television... This would be the 1st smoothie spot that I would probably like to hangout at and maybe watch a game! They offer ice based smoothies... Many fruit combinations are available! I created my own mix of leafy greens, apple, lemon, pineapple, and mango! I also added the immunity boost... It was a great tasting smoothie! They also offer my favorite chips!!!! Non GMO, gluten free, and cooked in sunflower oil... Great to know I can find them at a different location... The customer service was excellent, and I could tell that most the customers in the store are regulars! I would recommend this smoothie location for the open minded...
