This Smoothie King is located in the Bridges at Morrow plaza and sits between Subway and a Tax office. This complex is by one of the entrances to Southlake mall on Jonesboro Road/SR 54. I ordered through the app for pick up and the entire process was pretty seamless. Once ordered, I was told it would be 15 minutes for my order to be ready, I ended up arriving a few minutes late and they had placed my smoothie in a cooler as they awaited my arrival. In addition to a smooth order and pickup, my smoothie, Chocolate High Protein, was absolutely delicious! Service interaction was brief, but good. The gentleman asked my name, grabbed my smoothie and thanked me for stopping by. Parking for this little complex is a nightmare. There are too many businesses and not enough spaces and no overflow. Overall, solid Smoothie King location that I wouldn't mind swinging by again. read more

I love this location. The workers are always friendly and patient with me. Last time I went they asked me what I like and gave me recommendations! One time I ordered a smoothie I didn't like and they made me a new order free of charge! Worse place ever. Their customer service sucked. I'm from California and I just wanted a smoothie the woman at the cash register wouldn't even look me in my eye when I ordered my drink, she was on the phone while I was ordering my drink with my boyfriend. The manager wasn't in when I asked. The woman had an attitude about that. The customer service sucked so bad I threw my drink away. I don't care if she had a bad day. My local Smoothie King! Usually, I'd not even bother with these smoothies, but for a little while I was really into their mango kale smoothie. It's one of their wellness vegan blends with a Sunwarrior protein which kinda makes it taste more sour apple-y than anything else? I don't know.. It's its own flavor. I guess that's why I never liked Smoothie King smoothies.They never tastes particularly of fresh fruit, but it was filling and enjoyable. I've also tried their apple kiwi kale, green tea tango, one of the peanut powers, and a few others in the past before the addition of the vegan blends. The green tea tango tastes a lot like vanilla chocolate (to me) with the addition of banana. So it's really creamy. The apple kiwi kale was more sour. Not once did I ever taste any kale in these. They hide it well-- if you're curious about them. The peanut power smoothies are tasty though if you like peanut butter and chocolate, but are obviously on the higher end for calories if you're looking to stay clear of high calories. The staff here is really friendly and started to remember our orders, and the smoothies always came out quickly and consistently good. The people there are nice and it's usually clean. I have had problems on separate two occasions. One time I went they only filled my cup up 3/4 of the way. I asked why and they said because that's all they measured. The next time, my cup was over flowing. Instead of wiping it away the guy wiped it on the counter...gross!!!!! read more

Refused service; because workers "closed" the store an hour early. Staff is unaware of store hours operations. Normally when I go this location I personally have no issues. (Sometimes their attitudes are a little unprofessional but the employees are majority teenagers so ) However tonight I went in the store I asked for the drink I always get and the employees ( Nicole and shayla) respond with "oh we're closed" . I responded with "If I'm standing in the store, how are you closed It's 8:55? " They tell me "we stopped making smoothies at 8:50...actually since it was slow, we started cleaning over an hour ago" (although the hours of operation states till 9.) I told her you are aware your hours are until 9 therefore you legally can't refuse service she says "I don't know" . Then Shayla, starts to jump in conversation and I have to explain to her the same thing... so I asked for the store owners business contact information they wouldn't give it to me nor make the drink. I understand they want to go home but it's a business. You can't refuse service if you are legally OPEN and I'm standing in the STORE. Anyone can buy a franchise, but to build a business takes integrity, excellent customer service and a strong leader. The staff is quick, and personable. I don't waste my time or my money!
