IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! I just moved to the area and was thrilled to find an herb shop nearby. I have my own natural body care business and ordering raw materials online can get expensive. My very first time in this store I was ready to load up my cart when my two-year-old starts dancing telling me she has to pee. If you know anything about toddlers, you know that they tell you at the very LAST minute! Luckily were standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BATHROOM and the lady at the cash register says "you can't use the bathroom, it's not for customers". Are you kidding me? So I can spend my money here but I can't take my kid to pee? I'm not sure if they would have rather her pee on the floor or what. Needless to say I took off running at high speed to the pizza place next door where they were quite pleasant and were more than happy to let my baby use the bathroom. I'm currently on my way to the next closest herb store in Fayetteville. I will never be back to this non-customer service having establishment again. Ever. Plus I didn't stay long but their inventory didn't seem that impressive. I'll stick with Heart's Pharmacy. read more

They have a pretty good selection/variety of health products and I can typically find what I'm searching for. I've never really compared prices elsewhere since this is so conveniently located. HOWEVER, I will certainly be looking for new distributors effective immediately after my treatment today. I've had a couple of odd experiences with staff, but I've normally just left and come back another day hoping to get another staff person who is usually much better and makes me feel comfortable spending no less than $100 each visit (I visit a couple of times per month). However, today, I was so intent on getting what I came for that I tried to ignore the soft-spoken, nice-nasty staff person, and that just would not work as she was intent on proving her point, often interrupting me to brag about how long she'd worked there, that she worked at both locations, and that she was a loyal customer before then. All I told her was that "the young lady at the other location who helped me said that all i needed was to provide my phone number to be searched for in the system". Her response was a rundown of her resume and despite me repeatedly asking if she could just ring me up so that I could leave, she INSISTED that she would not do so until I'd been given a full tongue-lashing/speech on her experience and their process. Eventually, I just asked the owner to ring me up, putting back all but two items (the other items were $65), and she didn't even attempt to ask why I was putting anything back - honestly, her attitude wasn't much better. So I will be looking for another distributor ASAP. It's sad because they are so conveniently located and lost a loyal customer over a very childish employee. Lesson of the day: DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY WHERE IT'S NOT APPRECIATED!!!! read more

It's a great place to buy herbs, and essential oil when in a hurry and don't wan to order stuff online. Don't go there expecting to get advice on anything. I am sure if you are into herbals ; you're already knowledgeable on what you want. I don't go there as often as I use to just because I order the herbs I needs in bulk, but the Herb Shop is a great alternative. read more
