Beautiful big space! Lots of room to hang out and chat or even study, there is also a stage that they use for karaoke nights and such. Why 3/5? Two reasons, I'm BIG on customer service/ friendliness, first being that there was no greeting or acknowledgment, there was a person who's order was being taken as I walked in so I can understand no "hello or welcome", but as I came up to order there also wasn't any greeting type words exchanged, in fact there was no words exchanged except for me ordering. She also acknowledged the lady who was behind me, they seemed to have familiarity so a regular I'm assuming. Secondly, the prices, it is actually crazy to me that the cost to add boba is basically a WHOLE DOLLAR, 95¢ to be exact. The drink I got was a regular milk tea which was $6.50, again a little on the pricey side considering the cost of the boba. My husband usually will get a Thai tea but when he saw that the price was $6.95 for a Thai tea not including boba, he didn't even want a drink, it would've been $8 for his drink. Crazy. As far as the taste of my drink, it was okay, not very rich in flavor, I used to have my own shop where I made teas, coffee, smoothies, boba etc.. so I have a specific taste that I'm looking for when it comes to my drinks and it just didn't hit that spot for me.. This place is a large venue !! They do karaoke with a stage and several chairs in the front they have a variety of specialty snacks and drinks. I got the brown sugar milk tea latte with pudding added. Soo only thing I would say I have run into a problem they add toooo much milk so it literally taste like milk with boba and it's only sweet for a second so I didn't care for it but I think if I went back and told them it would be better. I really enjoyed the fruit tea! I ordered the Lychee Longan Green Tea to be less sweet and the flavor of the tea was on point. The owners are so friendly and wanted to create a space for hanging out not just pick up and go boba. The space is open, inviting with nice comfy furniture. I'm a fan! I saw this huge tea shop while I was driving around running errands. It had great curb appeal so I decided to stop in for a beverage. I ordered the passionfruit butterfly fruit tea (with strawberry and mango popping) and some lemon pepper wings. The tea was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness, and the toppings complimented the beverage nicely. The wings, while fried to perfection, fell short for me; the lemon pepper sauce was entirely too sweet. It tasted more like honey lemon pepper. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned well, so that certainly helped. The space is large and super cute, they even have a patio behind the restaurant. They have plenty of seating, music playing, and a stage for karaoke on certain nights. The restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Overall I'd definitely visit again. read more

I came here expecting boba but was surprised they had chicken wings on the menu. I had them at a prior event was they were very good. I came back for a follow up visit and the wings were still the same, delicious!! Service was quick and the atmosphere was pleasantly decorated. They have an area where you can take photos, props, a stage for karaoke, the place has potential for a good time. As far as the boba, they do have dairy free options, fruit teas, and much more. This boba tea spot seemed fairly new so we stopped by to try. Upon entering we were greeted by the staff and noticed that the space has a stage with TVs and a mic for karaoke. We got the brown sugar boba latte and taro boba. The brown sugar boba was good, it doesn't come with a tea like usual but that's ok. The taro was interesting but not a favorite. They only have popping pearls, pudding and tapioca as toppings. To my knowledge, they use a milk powder in their milk tea beverages. There aren't any plant based milks available. One of the coolest tea places I've been to! If feels like a great place to chill and meet up with friends with plenty of seating. I mean the place is pretty big. There's a karaoke stage with music playing, so it can be a pretty lively space when it's busy. The staff is inviting and nice and there are a ton of fruit teas and drinks to choose from. I wanted to love this place but it fell short and far. First, we arrived on a Sunday around 11:20 am. The place was messy as if no one cleaned up the night before. We ordered teas but the boba was still cooking and would not be ready for a long while. Then, we ordered food. The kid ringing us up was very nice but not very knowledgeable on the foods. We ended up ordering Bot Chien, seafood balls, wings, and jerky. The bot chien was fried egg with very oily rice tater tot like cubes. It was not seasoned at all and full of oil. The seafood balls were rubbery and very oily and tasted old. As if they were from the day before and refried. The wings were under seasoned and had buffalo sauces slapped on. We really wanted to like Tea365 but it was very disappointing. I really hope they are able to improve on their food and service. The space and decor are cute. The health code rate was 86. On the plus side, the French fries and jerky were delicious. I'd give them another try for the tea but I don't think we will order food again. read more

This was my first time coming here and I was not disappointed! There was a variety of drinks to choose from, from fruit teas, milk teas, slush drink and even some alcoholic ones. There is only one size and plenty of topping options aswell. The service was great and quick for 4 drinks, I had a mango fruit tea with crystal boba and it had a really nice fresh mango flavor to it! Went here for an event. I ordered a Bobo Tea with kiwi toppings, and they forgot the kiwi, which was still delicious, by the way. Then I ordered a mangonado, which I didn't particularly like, with a side of fish balls and shrimp balls, and they forgot both. They were very good, though, making wonder if the crab balls were just as good that they happen to be out of. The wide variety of Bobo Teas and food absolutely put them on a return list. I just hope service is more mindful. read more

I went here for the first time today out of curiosity, and found that the food was amazing! I ordered the combo meal and had the "Tea 365" flavor that was so well seasoned with a flavorful sweet chili spice to it! The fries were also nicely seasoned, and I had a Lavender boba tea that was made to perfection! The staff were also very nice and professional! I will definitely go back to try more from their menu now that I know about this place. Great flavor and great service is what makes me a repeat customer, so I give this place a 10/10! Also, it's so squeaky clean! They have wonderful indoor and outdoor space with ample seating, and a professional karaoke set up for special events. The owner was a great pleasure to chat with as well, so I wanted to share my experience. Definitely check them out! Great customer service . Food was delicious and we received it quick. They give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. No waitress, pick up food from counter. Even the bathrooms were large unisex and clean. Great cocktails with top shelf alcohol. Large patio area. read more
