As we sat down, I overheard a guest asking for a refill. It took a few minutes for the server to take our order, but when he did he was very helpful with helping me decide what to order on my first visit. I really enjoyed trying the appetizer sample. It allowed me to eat the most refreshing cucumbers and tomatoes with peanut sauce! I loved the Vietnamese pork egg rolls. The shrimp and beef spring roll (served cold) tasted good with Hoisin sauce but had a slight fishy taste to it without it. I ordered a small bowl of shrimp pho and it was good with a touch of lime, bean sprout, siracha sauce and hoisin mixed in. My hubby ordered a large bowl of beef pho and added the same toppings with jalapeño and extra spices. Our waiter did not come back to check on us after we received our food or offer refills on our water. Once we were done, my husband had to find the server to get the receipt and then leave the table to pay for our meal. Overall, I would come back with my hubby whenever he has a Pho craving.
