I tried their Friday special Korean Chicken Tacos, the flavors were so rich and authentic, truly a treat for anyone who loves Korean cuisine. The deal was very reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Casual ambiance, but maintained clean and fresh around. The only bad part here was, when your order is small then they will not entertain you to dine-in only take-outs. This restaurant is somewhat hidden inside of the Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market. It's located on the right side when you walk in through the entrance, next to the restroom. The set-up does not look much and seems a bit run down, but the food was fantastic. If you are in the area and looking for great Korean food, I would highly recommend this place for a try. At Eat More Korean Bibimbop, bulgogi and other familiar Korean plates round out the menu at this no-frills counter serve. Other service options are serves vegetarian dishes, has Wi-Fi, and has kids menu too. This restaurant is located inside Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market. It's not often you can get fresh-made food created by an award-winning chef right in the local grocery store. But at Eat More Korean, that's exactly the dining experience you're going to get. They have the bold flavors you find at your favorite trendy restaurant only now they're convenient and affordable. Their team is ready to cook you up everything from Korean BBQ to your favorite milk tea. So fill up on some world-class food before you stock up on groceries.

No frills. Great service. And great tasting food. Surprisingly very affordable. I really enjoyed this place. Surprising place inside a Vietnamese grocery store.

I'm so glad this place exists! So glad!!!!! Located in Nam Dae Mun, Eat More Korean is a hidden gem, and they have great daily specials. I came in on a Monday and got soft tofu soup. It came out in a stone bowl and was hot and bubbly. Great flavour, and the kimchi and bean sprouts that came with it were delicious too. Will definitely come back.

This is a great place to grab Korean food to-go. There is plenty of seating available inside just in case you want to eat there. They offer a variety of Korean food like ramen, Bibimbop, toppoki, and more. I ordered the Kimchi fries and it was really good. You can choose if you want protein on it or if you want them without. It has kimchi, yum yum sauce, sriracha, and cheese. They give you a decent amount too. The customer service was good and you can grab boba tea as well!

Decided to take another visit at a different hour of the day.... The food was fresh. Consistent. Of nice proportions. Flavorful. The kimchi fries will never not be on my order. This place is a plus!!

I order short rib soup and a side order of veggie dumplings and le me tell you, great food awesome flavor., came to Atlanta from California on a work trip and one of my team members is Korean and tired of eating at a Mexican restaurant and Apple bees, I ask my coworker and he suggested eat more Korean and I love it. I read some of the bad reviews and all I got to say to those people.., why don't you open a restaurant?, let's see how well you do....... Eat More Korean your doing a great job thank you ps my pictures are not of the food before eating it, they are the after and that's how good it was

I've been shopping at the Farmers Market for years and always wondered what this spot was. We finally decided to try it out and this place is a hidden gem. The ambiance was chill, restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I think we have found a new spot in the area! Phenomenal!

I really wanted to like this place because of all the good reviews however what I ordered, the ramen toppoki, lacked a lot of flavor I could only taste the spiciness of it the rest tasted like water. The customer service was nice and the ambiance was okay.

The establishment is located inside the Nam Dae Mun grocery store. After you walk into the store, the restaurant is on your right behind its own wall. Usually restaurants inside grocery stores are more open, where the tables and chairs feel part of the grocery store floor. Because of the wall, it feels more closed off and you cannot tell you're inside a grocery store. We ordered the K-6 Soft Tofu Soup with Pork (aka Soondubu Jjigae in other restaurants) and the K-7 Spicy Seafood Ramen (similar to Jampong, but with different toppings and noodles). Both came with a side of daikon (pickled radish) and potato salad. The Soft Tofu Soup comes with its own side of rice. The order took 15 minutes after placing the order to come out. I like the Soft Tofu Soup more. The pork in the soup surprisingly worked, because I usually get it with beef. The Spicy Seafood Ramen was somewhat spicy which prevented me from sipping any soup with the ramen. There are small pieces of clam and squid (octopus?) along with two pieces of shrimp. The daikon helped cool my tongue in between bites. Overall a decent place for below the perimeter.

Super delicious food. The service is great too. Don't be fooled with the market Ambiance. The food is really really really good. Unexpectedly delicious.

Very good Korean food here. It's located in a farmers market also so that means the food used here is always fresh

Ramen here is good! The dumplings could have better flavor but overall we did enjoy the ramen here. Their kimchi and pickled radish is so good also as well as the tofu soup. Korean tacos were also great with lots of flavor. Also got Kimchi Fried Rice and it lacked the flavor of kimchi. Overall, this is a Korean place that would perhaps satisfy your craving for your Korean food if needed but there is better out there.

Do they still do the sushi party platter?

no, i think they stopped sushi shortly after opening the business

The last time I visited here, I was told that they will not make the soondubu vegetarian anymore. This was told to the cashier by the chefs. Is there truth to this? I am hesitant to come back now that I have heard this.

I'm koreanvisiting for the weekend. I was wondering do you have Jampong?

I am afraid we do not. However, we have a seafood ramen thats pretty close to what you are looking for.

It would be nice if you can provide clear vegetarian options on your menu like for soft tofu options. can this be done?

Yes, we will have our vegetarian options clearly explained in our menu soon. In the meantime, please consult with our cashiers that you are looking for the vegetarian items only. We will be more than happy to explain what can be served for your… Read more

Old school cooking and dining experience eating with the locals. I wasn't at all surprised that the biscuits were great but I was pleasantly surprised to find they are probably the best biscuits I've ever had. Piping hot, dense and flaky (which seems like a feat in itself), buttery and melted in my mouth. I wish I'd only had biscuits for my meal. As eating on a budget has become a topic of conversation, I was excited to see the "Cheap Eats" search work in real time. As Barbecue Kitchen provides a robust menu with great pricing, it was an easy decision to head on over for date night. Arriving at Barbecue Kitchen I was excited to see that they have their own parking lot. As Barbecue Kitchen sits right on the main road, it was super easy to find and parking was in abundance. Walking in, Barbecue Kitchen has a homely feel and the classic interior design of a down home barbecue spot. The staff greeted us with a smile and as we were dining in, they advised us to sit anywhere we would like. Once at our booth of choice, the waitress arrived and further greeted us. She flashed her smile, provided us menus and went over what the specials for the day were. I decided to do Sweet Tea for my drink along with the Rib Tips Dinner Plate with Sweet Potato Soufflé, Baked Beans, Dressing and Gravy, and Cornbread. The Sweet Tea was delivered and it was amazing. Home brewed. Sweetened to perfection. Perfect ice to tea ratio and a robust tea flavor profile. This was that good tea bag. lol. The food arrived without too long of a wait and everything looked like it was made true cookout style. Upon saying grace, it was time to eat! Rib Tips - Meaty. Tender. Bland flavor profile. The sauce brings the flavor. If you aren't a sauce eater, I suggest you stay away from this option as you must have the sauce to have any flavor. However, the meat was moist and smoked to perfection. Sweet Potato Souffle - Good portion. Lacked a robust flavor spotlight. The potato's natural flavor dominated the dish. If you love sweet potatoes, you will love this dish. If you desire the more sweet flavor profile, this isn't it. Baked Beans - Made with bacon. Hint of sweetness. Overall good. Dressing and Gravy - Good portion. No flavor. Dressing was bland. Gravy was bland. As a pair it was double bland. Cornbread - If you are a lover of hot water cornbread, this is for you as it spotlights the natural corn flavor with no added sweetness. Overall, the Barbecue Kitchen was a moderate experience. The service was amazing. The food was sub-par. The pricing is budget friendly.
