I was in the area when I noticed a juice cafe and decided to stop in. I must have passed this place a million times without even noticing it. As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly by the woman behind the counter, who asked if I had placed an order ahead of time. I told her no and admitted I wasn't sure what I wanted yet. I took a few minutes to look over the menu. A friendly customer in front of me even offered a suggestion, which helped me decide on the Mango Tango, with added ginger. The place was clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice, and my smoothie was ready quickly at a reasonable price. While waiting, I even overheard that they serve turkey burgers, which I know Wifey will be interested in. The smoothie itself was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I am tired! I live 30 minutes away and the new employees don't ever like answering the phone. I show up a day after Christmas because online says they're open. wrong. come back next day rushing over from work (currently in parking lot) just for some medicine tea at 9:45!!!! all he had to do was make a tea!!! he didn't even want to hear what I have to say, he just give me a repetitive response "we close". hes tall and dark. this no longer feels like "home". When Ishmael was running the store this was never a problem. now everyday I pass by for a açaí bowl..."we don't have the ingredients".. well how you making the smoothies without fruit????? The turkey burger is delicious, juicy and has plenty of vegetable toppings. The salads are chopped and include a nice variety of vegetables. The staff is friendly and courteous. Bad: The sign in the window reads "all natural and organic". I saw them use Great Value (Walmart) Apple juice to make a smoothie. Generic Great Value brand is not organic!! You might find this business closed during the posted business hours. The owner does not have enough staff to cover all of the posted business hours every day.
