The 5PM what's for dinner question is answered. Your work day is done and it's time to figure out a dinner meal plan. Instead of a fast food stop, Publix is a great choice at hand. They happen to have an exceptional solution for those dinner blues. A hot & cold bar that can whip up meals in an instant, or you can grab n go straight off the shelf. From friend chicken, potato wedges, hot veggies, or Mac n' cheese, it's all delicious. Sweet fruit salads, green salads, and granola cups with assorted fruit topping near the mixed bagged salads. Pre made meals which include sides, quiches, sandwiches, salads, soups, egg rolls, and more, all of which you heat or eat instantly. Want something easier try the cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, and crackers creating a charcuterie tray. Still not convinced, they also have sushi and seaweed salads too. If you feel more up to cooking a quick meal in 30, there is always prepared meals in the meat department, already stuffed or seasoned and ready to cook. Hope I have given you a few dinner options to guide you through the store. Once you find your meal the next part is just picking it up, paying, then head home to enjoy. Or you can dine in at the tables near the front of the hot bar. Either way your dinner plans are covered thanks to Publix, Bon appétit! read more

Everything! I love Publix!! Everyone is so friendly. Store is so clean and everyone is so helpful!

There's a Customer Service desk employee named Harry whose answer to anything you ask is, "I don't know." Today I asked about a product I needed. He said, "my inventory system shows we have 3 but I don't trust the system." I told him the entire shelf of this product type was empty and his answer was, "I don't know." I returned to the shelf and asked a vendor (not a Publix employee and he represented a different brand). He offered to check the back stock. He returned with the 3 items which I purchased. Harry is just lazy. Perhaps he needs coaching? read more

Today for lunch I ate enough onions that was fit for a guy like Paul Bunyan. So all day my fingers smell of stink that made my eyes watery and blink. So I run on over here to Publix grocery store right before rush hour around the time of four. I found some concentrated lemon juice for me to use so that I don't blow away every guy, stray and neigh. Thanks Publix. read more

Had an issue in deli. Management responded like 3 weeks later. At that point, why bother. Website says they will respond 24/48 hours from notification. Should be more like 20 days. Really disappointed in lackadaisical approach to customer service. Riverstone Publix very underwhelming :((( read more

Good clean store. Seem to be doing a good job with precautions on Covid. Publix in general has gone the extra mile ensuring all carts are sanitized. Pretty much found all essentials except for hand soap and spray lysol. read more

It makes me sad to see Publix caving to the masses . Their customer service has suffered. To be standing in line at the deli at noon with only one very overworked associate waiting on customers by herself is not what they used to be . read more

I didn't want to buy any fast food for lunch. I like to cook, but it's too humid to carry food with me. Therefore, I stopped in at Publix for a Dairy free bean and rice burrito . I wasn't in the mood for a sub, which is mainly why people stop at Publix during lunch. I got what I wanted and decided to walk around the store a bit. It didn't carry a lot of my favorite health conscious type of food. There weren't many staff members walking around as I am use to seeing. The store looked pretty dimly lit and not very exciting . However it was clean and organized . The cashiers weren't as friendly as I am use to seeing. May be it was just one of those days. read more

I have a major love for Publix. In almost every location, the people are friendly and the stores are clean. The set up here is similiar to that of my local one so it made it easy for me to find what I needed. The customer service here was top notch! I was also able to score some great buys off of thier clearance rack.I think its great that Publix supports schools with the keychain card program and promotes the idea of bringing your own bags. read more

I come to this Publix several days a week on my lunch hour to pick up this or that. I always have a good experience here! One day I ordered the sub to the wrong location and they were super helpful and understanding. I visit the pharmacy pretty regularly too and they have been very helpful and patient when things don't go as smoothly with insurance, coupons, whatever it might be. Don't forget Publix offers free and low cost prescriptions! Many two week treatments of antibiotics are free as well as common medications! Check your prescriptions! read more

I came here to do grocery shopping. That's what you do at grocery stores. I couldn't find the olive oil. Neither could any of the employees. They didn't have any. What planet are we on here?* I could have handled that... well, barely... until an employee asked me, 'Well what are you, Martha Stewart or somethin'?'** No sir, I'm not Martha Stewart. I am one of the millions of people who uses olive oil on a regular basis. In fact, olive oil is pretty much a household staple in most homes. It isn't a novelty item. (I didn't actually answer him like that-- in fact, I don't think I did anything other than smile. It was my internal voice that made that comment.) I would have told him I was a vegetarian too, but I was afraid of what the shock might do. Or maybe he would have pulled out a shotgun and I wouldn't be here to write this review. ___________________ *I forgot... Georgia can qualify as its own planet. It is not America. **Add in a nice southern drawl. read more

I needed an order of balloons prepared overnight for a wedding the next day. ASHLEY, was very helpful and kind. Someone else was going to pay and get them. She was great in assisting them. Thank you Everyone is very helpful, when I shop here. Keep up the good work. read more

This Publix is 81 miles from home. I have shopped at Publix in FL most of my life. There is only a Wal-Mart Stupid Center where I currently live, so my choice is this Publix. They are always very friendly. I will be a customer here until Publix moves to North Carolina. read more

It's a Publix. It's everything you might expect from a Publix. Clean. Bright. Very helpful staff, too. The thing I like most about this Publix: they don't have any self checkout lanes. read more

I've always had good experience from Publix. The pharmacy is one of the best and always helpful as for the cashiers! My complaint is the bakery though. I ordered a 1st Birthday cake for my son while my husband was deployed overseas. For something so special they really did a bad job at fixing it! I went in and ordered the cake and was shown the Elmo toys that would be on the cake. Instead of calling me the manager decided she was going to take it upon herself to know what I wanted since she said they didn't write which Elmo toys to use. I got some Elmo cake with a tow truck instead of the Airplane cake that was suppose to be sort of Air Force theme. I didn't have time to pick up the cake so my parents did on the way up for my sons Birthday party. It wasn't till we were about to cut the cake did I notice it was the wrong cake! We had to go through with the cake smashing since my husband skyped in at 2am just to watch from Afghanistan! When I brought it to the bakery managers attention later I was unhappy at her excuses as to why she couldn't pick up the phone to ask me(I had the number & the picture written down just in case)! read more

Publix Supermarket - parking lot at night - Grocery Near Me - Canton, Georgia

When I am out shopping in unfamiliar areas, I usually rely on grocery stores to get a quite bite. I can grab a quick bite and keep it moving. I enter this store and plan on grabbing something to just hold me until I can get something more substantial. While I don't see anything of interest, (they did not have my favorite sour cream donut and their wings are usually too salty for me), I continue checking out the store. The store is very busy during this time and several people seem to be stopping in to get a sub for lunch. I stop by the Apron's Cooking School booth and see that they have samples, but when I look in the little cup I see something pink and white. Ewww! The little lady catches me before I get away and invites me to sample her "sides". She removes the napkin and I am relieved because I actually recognize the colors. There is a kale and mushroom stuffing and a side of glazed squash and apples, both were delicious especially the stuffing. You can actually pick up a recipe card if you like the samples. This store is a typical Publix, very tightly packed, but clean and organized. It has a nice floral and balloon section which is adjacent to a Hallmark Center. So you can literally get all of your special occasion supplies in one section. Perfect! It is probably a little larger than other Publix stores which is a bonus! If you like Publix, you will like it here! read more

This store I absolutely nasty! When I walked in, I was accosted by a rancid stench. They had clearly mopped the floor with a sour mop (another reviewer likened the smell to a hamster cage). Holding my breath, I made my way over to the deli to pick up a sub for lunch. The deli was absolutely disgusting!! The cutting boards where they prepare the sandwiches were covered in crusted on, dried up vegetables from previous subs. They weren't busy and the staff was just standing around. Plenty of time to clean the area. I had to leave. There was no way I was eating anything from this store. Thank God there's a Chick-fil-A right down the street so I could get something quickly. read more

This Publix smells like a hamster cage as soon as you walk in. There's always, and I mean ALWAYS a line to check out- no matter what time of day you go. We really need a Kroger around here! read more

It is a grocery store. I'm not sure what more I can say about that. It is very clean for a grocery store, particularly when compared to others in the area. And I am grateful that they have not switched to those self-checkout lanes. I find them demeaning, as if I am beneath the notice to actually deserve a human cashier. They also do have a very wide variety of things, although I wish they had more in the way of non-GMO foods and organic produce. But my expectations aren't incredibly high with big chains. read more

Apple pie. Where was the apple? Lemon meringue pie top was grainy. Do I shop the bakery anymore I have to think twice

Haven't had any bad experiences here. The store is well stocked as all Publix tend to be. It does have the overhang area to pull into when it's raining. Parking lot does tend to get very busy. It actually can be hard to find a space some days. They do typically have the bogos on end caps or at the very least have them well marked. read more

I love this particular Publix because they have a bigger selection than the one on 92. The people are helpful, friendly and courteous. Also, their handicap carts are always charged and ready to go. And, of course, the wonderful people who help me out to the car and load the groceries into the trunk are a huge bonus to me. read more

Exactly what you expect from Publix. Amazing service, selection and atmosphere. Clean, bright and focused on me. Deli is awesome and neat department is so helpful. I saw several earlier reviews that were just not accurate. read more

Clean store. Love the weekly BOGO. The one thing that I noticed several people that wrote a review liked was that Publix did not have self-checkout and that is my only complaint is that they don't have a self-checkout. I complained so much to management about my bread being mashed, my ice cream in with my laundry detergent, my cheese in with toilet cleaner, etc that they told me that I could bag my own groceries. Five times in a row I ask the baggers to put my bread in a bag by itself and five times my bread was bagged as I mentioned aboved. Also, never enough cashiers available so always lines to check out. read more
