Not at all what was pictured, forgot the side to one of the orders. I'd rate this experience 0 stars if able to.

Online order did not match the price that was paid. One of the sides was missing. Quality seems very sub-par vs what was advertised.

I use to come to this Publix for years and years when I lived on Town Lake Parkway. Now I've moved further out into the boondocks...I recently came by to run an errand and decided to pop in for a few diddys and soup for lunch. This Publix is located on the corner of Rose Creek Dr and Town Lake Parkway inside the Rose creek Shopping Center. Renasant Bank sits in front of it. Across there is a Rite Aid. Inside the shopping center itself there is Cancun Mexican Grill, Elite Nails and Family Traditions. There is a State Farm next door and inside the store there is a Sun trust Bank. The Rose Creek Library is across the street as well as Hillside Methodist Church. If you ever need to get on Eagle drive just make a left when you get out of Publix and go a mile up. You'll end up on Eagle Drive by Aldi. (Sometimes Town Lake Parkway is a complete nightmare to navigate...as we all know) The layout of this particular Publix is similar to that of older store where the produce is on the left side and the bakery is on the right. One of the things I've notice with this particular Publix is that most of the shoppers that come in are regulars. They live in the neighborhood so you can hear many of the sales associates calling customers by their first names which gives it a nice small town feeling....Nevertheless I prefer Publix over Kroger only because they seem to go out of their way to treat customers like royalty...i.e. there are no self-check out lines...when I came in to buy soup...the nice cashier Joanne K. double bagged it and tied both bags in a secure knot...it's these little attention to details that make them far superior to their competitors. Thanks guys for a great experience. Next time if I'm in the area and need diddys...you'll be seeing me again...

The tulips are only $6 and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend stopping by to grab some. They help to bring in a spring feeling for a winter that is lasting too long! Way to go Publix for these beautiful and reasonably priced tulips.

This is your normal Publix. Very clean and most of your associates are very friendly. It is very close to home and has great products.

Never sufficient service available and the overflow even creates long lines at the self checkouts. I saw how bad it was today and walked out and went to Aldi. What has made the experience even worse is that this store has become a hangout for unattended middle school and high school kids in the afternoon. They run around the store playing around and even harassing customers. Last time I was here I had this one group show up and one of them even shoved a camera in my face for his YouTube or something while I was simply trying to shop. Kroger has refused to clean up this issue with the store, and trying to shop there in the afternoon or early evening is a horrible experience. So even though I basically live across the street, I will not be back. Kroger is consistently running some of the worst stores in the area, and it seems no matter which location you go to, it's absolute incompetency, poor stock, and poor quality. I'm done.

Since I'm not familiar with this Kroger branch, it took me a while to find the items that I was looking for. There were no alive cashiers, but there was a nice attendant who was assisting customers. I just feel that I make so many purchases at Kroger stores that I would like the "human touch" since I'm not working there.

They are always very friendly and helpful, my complaint is that there is no point in ordering anything online ahead of time. The subs are usually not ready and as was my experience tonight, after they weren't ready on time again even though I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time, I left and came back 20 minutes later to be told that they were out of chicken tenders and didn't know how long it would be before they could make the subs. Had I been told that on my first visit or called since they ask for your phone number when you order I could have made other plans. I feel like this place is a coin flip. You never know what you might get. I've had other issues and most of the time there didn't seem to be any desire to meet me half way to work it out.

It's good to know that the employees are now not just lying to customers, but overcharging us as well simply because they don't want to do the job they're being paid to do. In fact, the fact that they still have the labels with all the ingredients listed on them tells me that they did not stop making these, and if it wasn't for a special occasion, I would not have bought this at this price . Do better Publix, because I will now be buying them at Costco, and until that rude, lazy man in the meat department is fired, I will not be returning.

I stepped up to the pre-paid line. There were two female cashiers working the counter. There was a line of 3-5 customers waiting. One of the cashiers stepped to the pre-paid line to assist me. One of the customers waiting came to the counter and asked the other cashier why the person standing behind him was not next. The cashier told him I had prepaid. I told the cashier waiting on him that I did not appreciate her providing him, a stranger, with information about me. I also told the customer that I was EXACTLY where I was supposed to be and asked that he mind his own business. It was then the customer started yelling about him not caring if I had prepaid and I thought I was entitled and being rude. I told the customer that I did not owe him an explanation, but I prepaid and again, was exactly where I was supposed to be. I also told him that he has access to the same service. The customer continued to berate and embarrass me. He looked like he wanted to kill me! Has anyone ever looked at you as if they wanted to kill you? I was unnerved and terrorized! The customer finally left, still yelling as he exited. I male representative that was working on the computer next to where I was apologized for the experience. I did not want his apology. I told him that if he was sorry, he would have come to my defense, while the customer was present. None of the pharmacy employees or customers came to my defense. Here are some facts: 1) If I were a white woman, the situation would not have happened, 2) If it was a black male acting the way the customer (who was white) acted toward me, security or the police would have been called and 3) If my partner (white male) was with me, again, this would not have happened. I transferred my prescriptions to Publix for better customer service. I even willing paid 2-3 times more at Publix than I paid at Kroger, just for what I thought was better customer service. My partner spoke to the pharmacy on 11/2/2023. Apparently, they blamed the situation, that was clearly memorable, on signage. He attempted to discuss how the situation was so much more than signage. Unfortunately, this fell upon deaf ears. Publix will not receive another penny from me or my family. I was humiliated and undeserving of the treatment I received, from both the customer and the Publix pharmacy staff. DO BETTER!
