The cashiers keep the lines moving quickly, and the app allows you to scan your membership/loyalty account from your phone. Inside has always been pretty clean whenever I've been in there. I don't know what Mark H.'s problem is, but if he wants to gnat pick about dead insects that are in an area where only sealed items are stored, then why does he keep shopping here?

What has made the experience even worse is that this store has become a hangout for unattended middle school and high school kids in the afternoon. They run around the store playing around and even harassing customers. Last time I was here I had this one group show up and one of them even shoved a camera in my face for his YouTube or something while I was simply trying to shop. Kroger has refused to clean up this issue with the store, and trying to shop there in the afternoon or early evening is a horrible experience. So even though I basically live across the street, I will not be back. Kroger is consistently running some of the worst stores in the area, and it seems no matter which location you go to, it's absolute incompetency, poor stock, and poor quality. I'm done.

Had I been told that on my first visit or called since they ask for your phone number when you order I could have made other plans. I feel like this place is a coin flip.
