Living in the Brookstone community, this Publix is super convenient for us to do the bulk of our shopping. Even with Kroger legitimately across the street, we always choose Publix. We never have any issues with the store, it's clean, everyone is incredibly nice and professional but lately the Deli has been lacking in terms of time management. Having kids and full time jobs, like most folks, we are very scheduled in everything we do... especially lunch time. Today was the 3rd straight time we've placed an online order in with plenty of notice, only to get there for pick up and see the order hasn't even been started. We've ended up waiting 15-20 mins past the scheduled pick up time which as you can imagine, really throws off a work schedule. I was able to voice my concerns with the customer service manager of the store (not the Deli but the store itself) his name was Darryl...He assured me that he would personally take care of this matter for us. Within 10 mins we got a voicemail from Darryl stating he found our online order within their system and he's taking the proper steps to remedy the inconvenience. Outstanding service and we are incredible grateful that he took care of us in such a timely manner. Looking forward to continuing our business with this location. read more

Always great service! I was looking for an item that was buy one get one free, and it appeared that they were out so I asked in the deli (it was a deli item) and was told they were out. The women behind the deli apparently investigated further and then came and found me when I was almost done shopping with two containers! My bagger was sweet and nice. Lots of good bogos. read more

I'd give the store a 10 but deli a 1. Can't get a sandwich to save your life. Poorly run department. Try making online orders from the back and help the people in front of you. Always wait 10-15 minutes then end up walking out. read more

Your pharmacy is DEPLORABLE!!!! This is THE WORST and most unorganized, chaotic, and understaffed pharmacy I feel I have been to at ANY Publix. I honestly have no idea how some of these pharmacists made it through school and into their positions when they are openly admitting to customers that they don't even know how to use a computer!!! What?!? HELLO we are in the year 2021 this DEEPLY concerns me!!! I have many questions like, why offer a prepaid pickup if you are going to have a customer stand behind ONE person for 45 minutes and not even acknowledge the customer behind them or how long they have been waiting? How does that make any sense? It really doesn't. My prescriptions were pre ordered by atleast 48 hours AND paid for I SHOULD NOT be waiting 30+ minutes for someone to just ultimately THROW my prescriptions and a rude attitude at me that's absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service. Shameful. Also, let's talk about BLATANT discrimination against your customers. You think just because someone appears to be of a younger age means they are capable of standing for that long? You think they WANT to be at a pharmacy? I'm SO SORRY that my CHRONIC illnesses don't show obviously enough in an outwardly physical form for you to treat me like an actual patient deserving of care. You don't make the 80 year old woman stand for that long and throw dirty looks her way so why is this treatment deemed to be appropriate for someone just because they appear to be younger? Disgusting. Absolutely reprehensible. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest ANYONE else (especially if you are younger or appear younger) who is considering using this sad excuse of a pharmacy to also go somewhere else because this is not worth ANYONES time nor money. Publix at Brookstone was amazing today! My day was jam packed busy when i realized i hadn't ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday. Mary Beth jumped right on it and assured me that she had me covered. She saved the day with my quick order, was nice as could be, and did a beautiful job decorating. When I went to check out, everyone was very courteous, friendly, and had smiles on their faces. read more

This Publix had always been the worst for me. I'm an instacart shopper and I have been to at least 30 different Publix locations and I don't ever want to shop orders here again. They never have any of the pickup orders ready and i don't feel like a priority there. Also the middle aged woman with an attitude needs to chill and find another job. Customer service is something that this store is not required to provide its customers. The lines are always long and there are always additional associates around doing nothing that could open another line or two. read more

Bakery Assistant Manager Sadiq Rashid is AMAZING!!! Helped me with my Birthday Cupcake order...I wanted 3 different types of cupcakes in the dozen I was ordering, and 3 different types of frosting!!! He didn't discourage me, instead was delighted with my "unusual" order!!! AND I came to find out that we have the SAME BIRTHDAY!!! August 10th!!! So, unfortunately, I wasn't going to meet him when I came in to pick them up the next day...bummer!!! And we've both been out of town...so, I plan on dropping in next week, and meet my Birthday Twin!!! Publix DOES HAVE PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I went to the Mars Hill location yesterday and had a typical experience--grabbed the things I needed, the employees seemed nice, didn't think too much of it. My trip got a little more stressful when my baby started crying and I started to rush. I got to an aisle and just had a few items, but I was immediately assisted in getting them on the conveyor by a young man (I did not catch his name, but I did notice he had a hearing aid--I'm sorry that that's the only way I can pinpoint him!) so my items were placed quickly whilst my daughter was wailing haha. That was helpful! Once I was checked out, an absolutely precious young woman named Macahlyn (I hope I spelled that correctly) took my bags (I only had a few, but she grabbed them anyway rather than just dropping them in the cart) and walked with me out the car, chatting with me and the baby :) She was so sweet and so helpful! Loaded my bags, opened the door for me to put my daughter in, asked me if I needed anything else, and wished me a happy Thanksgiving. Publix, give these workers, especially that young lady, a raise!! read more

Please fire the old guy that works at the ten or less items check out. When someone with 2 or three items comes by they get a nice happy worker. But when someone comes around with ten items he angrily scans them and then proceeds to slam the products down then angrily shoves them into bags. read more

After several rounds of email escalations with Publix, they really took my complaint seriously. The corporate office took pains to make sure that I was satisfied with their solution. As I recommended, they also got their supplier, Riviana, involved. So far, what I got from them was the usual message that they use best practices, blah, blah. We'll see it they actually do anything to address the problem. read more

bummed that 4 out of 5 times that i review my register tape after checking out there is a price error! sure the cashier is polite and will send you to customer service register, and the store will adjust to correct errors, it just happens too much!!! read more
