Great location with a lot of parking space. But the store inside is messy, and no one is on the floor to assist you. Fitting rooms were closed on a Saturday evening. I don't buy any clothes without trying them on. They sell some home decor, beauty items, bedding, and candy at reasonably discounted prices. Several cashiers, so no long wait at the register. Awesome location, huge selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, body care items, home decor & art, luggage's and even gift items and small electronics. The store is fairly organized and well maintained. I stopped by on a busy Saturday afternoon and I couldn't find any carts but they had many rolling baskets available. We were able to score quite a few goodies in clothing and home decor. read more

Even though their policy states you can get store credit for purchases without receipt, they do not honor that policy. We received serval gifts from this store without a gift receipt. No way to exchange items or get store credit. Bad customer policy. I will never shop here again. read more

This is my go to place when it comes to the household decor. I love all the little pieces you can piece together to make your house look so pretty. The clothing on the other hand never really fits me correctly and I'll just have to deal with that. I get lucky sometimes but no big deal. The jewelry is cute,not much to choose from. There are many bags (purses) to check out. Lately the store has become more and more emptier..not sure if they are about to remodel or go out of business lol. read more

I attempted to return 2 shirts and a pair of shorts a friend had purchased for me that didn't fit quite right while shopping for my daughter today. Unfortunately, our cashier Alexis said we could not because we didn't have a receipt CONTRARY to Burlington's actual return policy. i decided to call the store and speak to the manager, Donna, who said their store required the receipt or phone number put on file with purchase, again, contrary to the actual policy found on the website and c/p here: Non-receipted returns, accompanied by a photo ID (driver's license, state issued non-driver ID, passport, or military ID) and returns after 60 days will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price. I won't be returning to this location again, and I advise you not to either. Both were rude in not honoring the stated company policy. read more

i used to work here and the treatment of the younger employees are terrible. management was handing out gift cards and only gave them to the older employees. I got hangers thrown at me and yelled at for not working fast enough. the younger employees get disrespected on the daily by the older workers and management. Dana was especially mean and micromanaged a lot. if you're a college student looking to get some extra cash, do not work here if you want to be respected. read more

Here's the sitch... They have reorganized the store nicely, but the customer service is terrible! On this trip, I was searching for some home goods. I found 2 very nice throw blankets in their clearance area (check this out for sure). One had a tag and the other didn't. I searched around for a similar one but couldn't find any. As we approached the register area, there was only one open with a full line of people. They called out for another person to get on a register and in walks this blank-faced woman. She opened her register and I was told to come over. I explained that one of the throws was missing a tag. She grunted and walked away without a word. About 5 minutes later she comes back with a blanket that was the complete opposite. Again, no words spoken proceeds to punch numbers into the register. I asked her what the price was and she picks up my other similar blanket and says "I guess this price will do". This entire process took about 15 minutes with a line of people behind me. No apologies, so smile, no nothing! I've worked in retail and know the frustrations that come with the job. If you can't at least smile, chose another career. read more

Wow, this is the cleanest Burlington Coat Factory I've ever been in! Seriously, this place looks like a department store. While the clothes are (as usual) very hit or miss, they are attractively displayed and organized correctly (!) by size. The fitting rooms were not staffed, but there were no discarded clothes lying around and all the locks worked. They don't have many coats (and even fewer in plus sizes), but they have a great selection of home goods and had some nice jewelry on clearance. I left with a cute work appropriate sweater ($14.99) and a pair of dangly black earrings ($3.99). read more

STEPPIN IT UP I ran in this store today to check out their housewares. This store is smaller than some of the other locations so their housewares dept was very limited. The store does have a great selection of summer clothing and swimwear for men and women. They also have a great selection of infant/children's clothing and accessories. This store apparently has very good management because it is clean, organized and efficient. The dressing room was fully attended with staff check in and check out. As we were in line to pay for our purchases, two additional cashiers were called to the front and an employee was standing at the front of the line directing customers. I love it! As I exited the check out area, my cart was immediately removed to the cart corral. I thought the real awesomeness of this store was the great prices and the fact that I can always find something cool to buy. Now they've gone and turned things up with this unbeatable customer service. Good Job! 4/28/15 Returned today for more great shopping and had the pleasure of speaking with the manager and her staff to let her know how much I appreciate shopping in this store. I know it's just Burlington, but I love any store where I can go inside and find 7 or 8 outfits right off the bat. Man! It's been awhile since I've been able to do that. Every store I went to earlier in the day still had winter crap in there. Really?! It's April, people. The bugs have been swarming, the t-shirts have come out, and folks are poppin' a sweat here & there- yet, y'all still have sweaters and wool dresses at regular price? Well, this Burlington had reasonably priced shorts, beach cover-ups, and cute summer dresses that actually had youth in 'em. I walked out with 8 outfits, including 3 summer dresses and a couple pairs of shorts (5.99 each). Come on. It's Burlington, but you can't beat these prices. Plus I had the best luck here! Never feels welcoming whenever I visit this store. I usually don't mind since I am focused on my purchases. Tonight was the nail in the coffin for me. I was the second person in line to check out at 9:15pm. The family ahead at the only open register (now they had at least four staff that I saw) had four carts of stuff to purchase. Cool. Good for business right? What got to me is there was some delay for some reason I'm completing their purchase. After waiting in line for thirty minutes I asked the cashier if she could call another associate and she did not bother. Manager came and joined her to complete the family's purchase. Total disregard for the customers that are in this now long line. This is my last visit. There is only so much I can allow when I am paying for goods. You would think I was at a food pantry. I doubt that food pantries treat the people they service like this Burlington. read more

This Burlington was pretty neat, clean and more organized than I am used to seeing so that was pretty good. The baby registering process was a bit of a let down, while in the area I saw an associate putting things away and asked her about registry, she did not look pleased. She had the look, to please not say anything to her. She called someone to assist me and I'm pretty sure she was new because someone said that she needed to be trained. It took about 10 minutes to get the registry gun, there was some issues with registering on the computer and using the scanner but it ended up working out. I've learned over the years that Burlington can be a hit or miss no matter what store you go to but it's always good to look. I must state that the sales associate that assisted me with registry was very apologetic and stated that they had a new system and some things had been moved around. read more

I love this Burlington! It's the nicest one I've ever been to with great customer service! This is the only Burlington where I can actually find cute clothing items that I like. I've bought some of the same items out of here that Macy's carries. The same exact brand, make, style, EXACTLY the same but at waayyy cheaper prices. I highly recommend this Burlington. read more

Store was in great shape, I am so happy to have one close by once again. Our normal one is at Discover mills. I found some lovely dresses for my daughters but not much else this trip. I hope to see a little more next trip as I know these stores are hit and miss on selection based on what their buyers bring in. read more

Omg the staff in this place are HORRIBLE. They are rude and refuse to help you and this is nothing new. The marietta location exercises the same business practices. I must preface this by saying I am not racist, however the majority of the staff are black 2nd are latino and maybe 1 or two white people who think they are black. I have had them tell me that I had to get in the regular register line when I had been waiting in the customer service line only to have them then call a black woman over from that line and ring them up. Also one time the lines were very long the cashier rung up the 3 black patrons in front of me then when it was my turn she stops and starts sorting hangars for about 10 minutes until I was forced to ask If she closed the line and if I needed to get in another one. I asked someone if they had a particular type shirt in another color only for the man(black once again) to tell me they don't carry that brand even though I clearly had one of that brand in my hand. His resopnse was I dont care what u have in your hand we dont carry it. and I have bought several of those there. This store needs a serious customer service tutorial and needs to fire every employee and start again. There is a serious racism problem within the infrastructure of this store and it is against white people. I have absolutely had my fill of it and even though u can find good deals there it just isnt worth the blatant disrespect I am shown every single solitary time I darken their door. read more

they dont have the 0 on it so i have to let it get one star . i had a very bad experiences about customer service of this store . my mom bought the white from the store and when she get back home she found out the skirt have been worn or sth. it had dirt in the neck skirt and something in the very end in the back of the skirt. i take my mom to return it and the guy who is the supervisor there reject the item . he told the item have been used. i told him my mom bought like 20+ items that day as a gift becaue she s going back to my country like 24 hours flight . tried to explain for him . but he told me " Burlington " never sell sth like that. he acted like we wore it and lying to get the money back and its only $7.99 for the skirt. he took the skirt and ask the customer behind me and ask her is it skirt look like never been worn to you ? thats very rude . i told him i gonna find the item that have the same mess like that in the store and guess what i found it . he refused to told to me and give me the other cashier after that . he called the other manager and when she came she dont even say hi or say sr about the situation she seems like kick us out of the store and give them the fucking $7.99 . i will bring all the items that we bought from there around $200 to return. never come back there again. read more
