The prices were ridiculous. I don't mind paying for quality but there was nothing unique here. Very generic. Nothing you couldn't just order off the internet for much cheaper. A small candle that would probably cost $10-$15 in any other boutique store was $50 here. I mean, there was nothing inspiring in this store whatsoever. Just lazy merchandising and boring, overpriced products you could buy anywhere else. That's my honest review before what happened next. The owner called the police because she claimed another customer caught my wife shoplifting. We were detained in a humiliating fashion by several police officers in the front of her store for 45 minutes while they watched security footage over and over trying to find damning evidence of something that didn't happen. When nothing was found, the spineless owner had us criminally trespassed instead of apologizing. I noticed in another review that a minority received terrible service here as well. Not surprised at all to see that the trash who owns this store is racist, too. If you order cookies from Crumbl, make sure to order well enough in advance that you won't be tempted to visit this little piece of retail hell. Boring, generic, rude, overpriced. Completely garbage ownership.

I think the store is extremely well managed and well organized. I knew a couple of the people that work here pretty well so it's always nice to come and chit chat with them. Last year I was looking for a cheapo blanket to take on the plane because over seas flights are always freezing... I found one here on clearance for $12. I figure if I lose it or it smell like the airport after my trip I can always use it as a cat blanket. No harm done. I saw that they carry a lot of old fashioned candies and old fashioned snacks that tempt my curiosity...maybe one day when I'm feeling curious I'll give some of them a try...

Linda (must have been a supervisor because she was going around assisting employees) checked the balance on my gift card and pointed me towards the items I was looking for. I found the product and was astonished to see what all Target has to offer. This Target has a Pharmacy, Optical department, Starbucks, and way more than that. The store was clean and well organized. But the best part was exceptional customer service. When I was ready to check out Linda was there again, friendly, smiling and willing to help. This store was definitely worth the trip.

So, if you purchase 2 identical items, but have a third item of lesser value, it only takes off the one lesser value item. Not truly a buy one get one. Anyway, in my confusion the manager (I assume) informed me in a very rude and condescending attitude that she had been in retail over 30 years and this is how every business operates. When I said I didn't think that was correct, she just walked off. I also witnessed several other customers asking the same question.

A comment on a local…read moreFacebook group mentioned the Atlanta Braves & World Series ornaments Mud Creek Market offered so I made a point to stop in. Another customer asked about the ornaments and while they were sold out currently, another shipment was arriving and there was a hold list. The shop is beautiful and has so much to offer! I made three loops in hopes I was able to look at everything, trying to think through the few remaining people on my gift list. While I did not find anything for those on my list, I found the most beautiful Georgia Tech ornament for a sweet friend who always surprises me with Auburn gifts. I was even offered complimentary gift wrapping when I purchased. I received a call back the same afternoon when the Braves ornaments were in. I wasn't able to return same day but when I did the ornaments were bagged and waiting for me. I even added two more Braves ornaments to my purchases from the same supplier. I'm so glad I was introduced to Mud Creek Market. I will definitely return!

Some super nice and friendly people that work here for sure...this was my first trip inside a FDS…read more I'd been to about 4 or 5 Dollar Tree Stores now and I like it there so I was expecting sort of the same. Well it is and it isn't. Not everything here is $1.00. FDS also carries clothing which Dollar Tree does not. It reminds me of a Big Lots but just more condense. They sell everything from instant noodles to Clorox to cat litter. They are pretty much on par with what a Wal-mart sells it for...but with FDS you don't have to walk half a mile in order to buy a bottle of mouthwash like you do if you go into a Wal-mart. (Of course I always end up with about $80 worth of "other" stuff besides the mouthwash whenever I go.) This particular FDS is located off of Bells Ferry and Highway 92. It's next to the Food Depot and Park Avenue Thrift Store. There is also a Boost Mobile and a Cricket Wireless inside this same shopping center. This particular day they had lots of sales in the store so the store was pretty hopping but the one gentleman that was working the store and the cash register still greeted everyone that came in and offer to help you find things...talk about a multitasker....kudos to him! It's a great store for getting your basic stuff at a reasonable price plus they have friendly sales people on top of that....definitely worth taking a look...
