I took their recommendation and left my ring (which I've worn almost 24x7 for the last 20 years) in their care. Not only did they perform the repair, but they ensured all of the other diamonds were secure in their channel settings and thoroughly cleaned and polished my ring. It looks soooo good that friends ask if hubby gave me a new ring! I am loving my ring all over again. They completed the repairs earlier than estimated as well!
