He did find a few pieces that were .70 wt. sterling ! I had researched the melt value that morning and knew approximately what I should have been offered ! What a JOKE OF AN OFFER!!!! Not even a third of the melt down value. Do not waste your time selling sterling of any type unless you want to get ripped off!!! Left their and went to a Buyer in Chamblee and was offered 75% of the silver market melt down value at the time!

I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. I think it helps to know what you are looking for and all your options when shopping anywhere.

She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. We will be back to get a set of ear rings made to match the ring. They did a good job for us, they were nice, and we will be back. Give them a chance, it is a neat store, you will be glad you did.
