I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do, it's ALWAYS here. To be fair, I first went because it's relatively close to home and because my wife used to work with somebody whose family owns the business. However, what's kept me/us coming back are the usual indications of a great business, which begins with outstanding service. We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. However, getting reasonable prices and quick turnaround factor into whether its worth repairing the damaged item, and once again, this is where they provide outstanding value. read more

Worked with Ami about resizing my wife's wedding ring. Initial quote to go up a ring size was $250. I expressed how that seemed pretty high, then he said they could resize without the laser for $170. I went to Guven Brothers Fine Jewelry near Avalon and had it done for less than $50. I felt like Atlanta Diamond Design was trying to get as much money out of me as possible read more

I absolutely love and trust the team at ADD. If you have sentimental jewelry and you don't know what to do with it take it into ADD and they will create something beautiful and unique. They redesigned and restored 3 old family rings that I am so proud to have. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry and if they don't have what you are looking for they will get it. I love supporting local family businesses in Alpharetta/ Johns Creek. Make sure you get invited to one of the many fun events they host :Ladies Night Out, Halloween, Galentines etc. Thank you ADD team for always making me feel welcome when I drop in to have my jewelry cleaned or just need a last minute gift. read more

I purchased a unique diamond earring and matching pendant for my wife from Atlanta Diamond Design several years ago. When my wife had difficulty locking one of the earrings, I stopped by Atlanta Diamond Design and Izzy inspected it and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He explained what had occurred (after a long period of time, the clasp needs to be straightened so that the clasp will lock) and further advised that he would prefer we bring it back to him for adjustment and not to try it ourselves. The quality and uniqueness of the pieces and the ongoing commitment is what distinguishes Izzy and Atlanta Diamond Design from the others!! Thanks, again, Izzy!! Evan read more

This is essentially a two-part review. The first part being that my wife's wedding ring needed a pretty significant repair, the second was that we were hoping to have it done as quickly as possible. We had an event coming up in 5 days and (while it wasn't life or death) my wife would have been very disappointed if she hadn't been able to wear it. I should also mention that it was a Thursday so 2 of the 5 days were over the weekend. My wife asked a couple of friends if they had a referral and someone we trust recommended this company. I brought the ring in and spoke with a gentleman named Ami about it. He assured me that both the repair and the timeline were things he could accommodate. He took a lot of time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I left that day feeling confident the work would be done well due to his thoroughness and attention to detail. To my surprise he called me one day sooner than I expected and told me the ring was ready. When he brought it from the back I almost didn't recognize it. I swear it looked better than it did 20 years ago when we got married. It's honestly hard to explain just how much better it looked. He again took time to discuss all of the details with me and answered a couple of questions I had. When I brought it home my wife was so incredibly happy and it's very hard to put a price tag on that. Without a doubt going forward any jewelry shopping or repairs we need will be done here. read more

They were so helpful in designing my husband's anniversary gift. When I told them I needed it within a week, they were very accommodating and made sure I got it. I needed to bring my Wife's engagement and wedding rings to a reputable jeweler to have them appraised for our insurance to cover them. I had known about ADD in my local shopping center but had never been in to the store. I reviewed their website, Yelp and other online reviews and felt confident they were the right group to appraise the rings. We went into the store and met Izzy, the owner, and he took the time to explain to my Wife and I the process of the appraisal. He even gave us a tour of the entire shop to explain how they make custom jewelry on all the various pieces of equipment. We met his Wife and the staff that create the pieces. My Wife had asked if he might be able to resize the rings as they were loose. Izzy measured her finger and saw that it needed to be sized down to fit better. We asked if they could do the appraisal and the resizing together, Izzy assured it was not a problem at all. He told us it might be up to two weeks for the resizing but they usually get it competed much faster. We had no issues with the two weeks as long as they fit and look great. We had left the store an reviewed the receipts and had a question. We decided to go back to the store the next day to see if they could answer our question. We went into the shop and met Izzy's Wife. She explained that her son would be in the shop at 3PM and could help us with our question. We went back at 4:30 and met Izzy's Son. He answered our question and surprised us with the rings all work completed!!! They had resized both rings, completed the appraisals and mailed them to us in ONE DAY!! We were totally shocked that they were able to get all of the work done so quickly and they looked perfect! Based on the quality of the work done on the rings resizing and the speed that it was completed, we will make this our Family Jeweler from now on! Izzy told us he can't do everything, but what he does do, he does very well....we both agree! read more

They are a great Jewelry repair and design place. They have fixed my necklace clasp, resized my mother in-laws rings and replaced batteries for our watches. I love that everything is done in house so you don't have to wait or worry for them to send it out to get repaired. The owner is hilarious and relatable. He loves designing and his passion is shown in his work. Go check them out. read more

My fiancée and I are so thrilled with the high quality of craftsmanship and service we have received at the Cumming, Avenue in Forsyth location. Over and over I would recommend you come in and meet Izzy and his team. He is aware that if it wasn't for his customers he wouldn't be in business and for that he is very helpful. We will be purchasing our wedding bands (both of them) with Izzy. In fact Izzy is going to custom make my band to fit perfectly against my engagement ring. I found him very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them for any jewelry appraisal needs you have as well. read more

I cannot rave enough about my experience! I had a very labor intensive design I wanted made and the gang at ADD didn't disappoint. Patient, knowledgeable, personable and honest. Everyone was kind and never pressured me for a sale. They treated me and my kids like family. They do a lot for the community. As the mom of a special needs child, this means a lot! Izzy (owner) actually encouraged me to bring my kids in! That never happens!! My ring turned out even better than perfect and the quality is stellar. I will be a customer for life :) read more

I truly have so many great things to say about this business!!! Izzy and everyone there have been so kind, supportive, and overall just incredible to me and my fiancé. We designed my engagement ring with them, and they were so patient through the whole process and allowed us to keep the excitement and joy that comes with this moment in our lives. We have felt so celebrated by them and truly feel like cared customers! Thank you Atlanta Diamond Design! read more

Atlanta Diamond Design helped save my wedding ring set when an unscrupulous repair service used lead instead of white gold to reset my diamond. Both of the jewelers I spoke to were personable and knowledgeable. They got my ring back to me in much less than the two weeks they had told me it may take and the ring shines like it did almost 30 years ago when my husband put it on my finger! I am thrilled and recommend this Johns Creek business to anyone looking for repair service or beautiful new pieces. read more

I am not a jewelry person but the employees here intrigue me. I'm not a follow the crowd Pandora fan I'm a Trollbeads fan and this is one of a few stores that carry them. So on special occasions I make my way over. I'm always looking at everything else and talking about what I don't wear and why. Before long I think I'll actually wear my engagement ring again because I know who will repair the next break. I will more than likely have them convert my screw on back earrings to something more secure. The employees here are wonderful and patient. My kids felt welcomed to pick beads for me and not rushed to choose. I love when kids are welcomed into an "adult" place, it teaches them proper behavior as future customers. read more

Love this place. Izzy and Terry are great. I've been using this shop as my go to jewelry store for more years than I can remember, since before there was a Johns Creek. Izzy has appraised all of my rings, watches, etc. and will fax the appraisals directly to our insurance company. The repairs they have done are remarkable. But...the best thing I've bought was the special gift for my husband. I bought his birthstone, an alexandrite. These are quite hard to come by, but Izzy has a wine and cheese party for good customers and I was lucky enough to be invited. He set this stone into my husband's gold cross. He gets so many compliments. It's beautiful. If you are ever lucky enough to receive that invitation, accept. You will get an education and a bargain. Wonderful, family owned shop. Friendly place and you always feel welcome. Good, fair prices and great quality. read more

We have bought several beautiful pieces from Izzy and the gang and have always been super satisfied. They have also repaired and/or reworked several pieces of my wife's jewelry.
