When you leave a message, no one returns it. Finally after two weeks, he answers and says he's been in training for his machines for two weeks and was far behind. For a business owner in a small town one would think he would return calls and try to please his customers. I was supposed to receive a proof two weeks ago and still haven't received anything. After repeatedly trying to call back again, still with no returned phone calls I have now taken my business elsewhere. These people clearly don't want your business. Maybe a two week training on how to run a business would have been more appropriate.
