Do not count on them to standby a package that does not get delivered. They want to give you the runaround they do not provide good customer service. They actually advised me wrong on how to handle the lost package and now they say nothing can be done because they told me the wrong thing. Anyway, it's a very long story and I've been coming to this location and spent Thousands of dollars here mailing things for a ministry and for personal items. This was items in a ministry to go to a single mom and they refused to make anything right. They have lost a customer that has been coming there for years and I will be sure to tell everyone this location does not value customer service or customer communication because this happened May 30 and I still cannot get any help from them and they never return phone calls. I've been so disillusioned by this place I've been going to for years. Do not ever plan on good customer service here or them standing by, a package that was mailed and lost. I've talked to other UPS stores and they told me how they would've handled it which would have been much different and would have not led to losing a customer. They do not care about their customers here. Please go elsewhere. There are plenty of good UPS stores who do care about their customers. I would actually say 0 stars if I could. read more

I do an embarrassing amount of Amazon shopping, and I'm not afraid to return a purchase when it turns out to be crap. This UPS store is great! With my crappy stuff in one hand and digital bar code images on my phone in the other, if I'm prepared and efficient the process takes only a few seconds. Literally all of my problems here are directly due to inefficient and ill-prepared patrons in line ahead of me. I also particularly want to compliment this store on hiring such a great group of hard-working and polite local high school kids. They refused to accept a UPS Corporate 15% off because they claimed they are an independent store. Therefore FedEx would have been cheaper. I don't like being ripped off. read more

You know what? i was pleasantly surprised. My expectation for ANY "mail service" location is the USPS model - long lines, uncaring, hard to deal with, robotic, and you just hope everything goes OK in the end. My experience was nothing like that. I walked in and actually had an employee make eye contact AND smile!!!! That threw me for a loop! I almost didn't know how to react.... It took her less than a minute to get to me, and about that long to help me. i was doing an on line return, so I had the box taped and the label ready, with it just needing to be taped on. This would still take a while at the post office... And, I was actually given the tracking information without needing to ask!!! Wow.... If you prefer service with an surly attitude, use this store! Visited the store today to follow-up on a Amazon return shipment. The store created the label from a Amazon scan but I was told in no uncertain terms that they could not trace because they did not create the label (which they did.) Simple answer would be to check Amazon returns on-line and see the status but all I received was..."I can't trace because we didn't create the label." Suggest some improved customer service training instead I received a "New York" attitude from the lovely lady behind the counter! Some training on how Amazon returns are handled plus some training on surly attitudes would be appreciated by all customers. Find another UPS Store for service without an attitude! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. We are in a pandemic and first a few months ago I go in and person behind counter is not. Then I go in to drop off a package on 12/21 and and I make a comment to the women that it was cold out and she said she was not felling good, really?during a pandemic you come to work at a place where you interact with people not feeling good. This store has great service. However they are not complying with COVID 19 guidelines to protect their customers particularly the seniors. They do not wear mask and they do not restrict the number of people that can enter this small store. Although they do have some marks on the floor for social distancing the store is so small that with the number of customers it is hard to do any social distancing. There copy machines are right by the floor marks. This use to be my favorite UPS but I cannot go in anymore because they are not going by the COVID 19 guidelines. read more

Deb and the team at this UPS store are wonderful! My printed label wouldn't scan (my own printer's fault) and she went over and above to help me find a new label, send to the store's email, and re-print for me on the store's printer. My package was sent and I was able to check it off the to-do list! Great customer service. read more

I give this location 0 stars if i could!! I called prior to going to this location to ask if they completed passport applications and the clerk assured me that they did. I went to the location to complete my passport and mail it. Long story this location can not complete passport applications as he advised and my passport application was returned. I then called the location to inform that I had not receive the service that I thought I was paying for and the "store owner" so he said, told me there was nothing he could do. I'm very disappointed as that has caused a delay in processing. I will not patronize this location EVER again. read more

Sylvia at this location is AWESOME! I came in at closing to mail a package to Thailand. Later that evening after they closed I found out the address that I sent the package to was incorrect. I came to the store when they opened the next day and thank goodness the package had not left the store yet. I have shipped from this store several times. On two separate occasions, I have sent two packages to the same address. I have requested that they be shipped as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. I know you can save money that way. For some reason the employes of the shop refuse to do that. I will have to find another UPS store to ship my packages from as these employees can not follow direction. If you only ship one package to a singe address, I suppose they would be fine. If you plan on sending multiple packages to the same address, they will rip you off. Disappointed read more
