When I declined the bag and asked to see the heels, he then showed me what was clearly black shoe polish on the side of one boot. He denied that it was their fault and told me that I brought them in that way. After going back and forth a few times and my strongly worded request for him to clean them, he finally did. Luckily there were 2 other customers waiting. I believe that was the only reason he acquiesced. 50-75% of the black polish was removed which is probably the best I could get from him. Had he been forthright and offered to clean them when he handed them to me, I would still be disappointed but consider it a "one off". After this, I still have my boots but he has lost all integrity. I cannot recommend them as an honest business.

I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.

When I called, they negotiated down to only doubling the rent. :| I specifically asked if we were getting a move-in special rate that would only be available for a short time, and I was told no. That this was the storage unit rate. I was willing to overlook the dark hallways - light bulbs have been out around our unit the whole time - and the fact we unloaded stuff to move into a unit that was already taken and had to be reassigned, but the bait and switch is intolerable. Read the fine print. The contract is meaningless. We were planning on renting a second storage unit from Prime Storage. Instead, we will be moving out to another storage facility.
