I'm less than a month away from my wedding so I was feeling defeated when I decided to stop by this FedEx as a last resort. Krystal not only gave me a reason why I wasn't able to print my seating chart out, she also brainstormed up a solution for me to make it work! She didn't stop there either, she made it a personal project for herself to print, cut out, and place my signage out on the paper I provided so I could finish this project. If you're a bride or know a bride then you know wedding planning can be so stressful, but her customer service and act of kindness blew me away! I'm so grateful I decided to come into this location. I provided an image of my seating chart put all together because I'm so proud of how it looks. I'm not good at DIY projects so I wouldn't have been able to do this without her! Thank you, Krystal!!

Easy task except I don't have a printer, my office is closed, and the library is on a holiday schedule. OMG. I thought Kinkos immediately. I walked in and asked for help but the self service printers have everything you need. It's fairly cheap to print off a black and white copy, so don't worry about breaking the bank. I was able to accomplish in under 15 minutes. Check this out for next office supply and printing needs.

I had to walk over into her personal space/close enough to make eye contact and say for a third time "hello how are you", to get her to acknowledge my presence. When she finally looked up and acknowledged me, she had an attitude and acted as if I was bothering her. I then proceeded to the counter to try to get assistance from a different representative at the cash register. There was a different at the I approached her she walked away as if she didn't see me standing there. She then proceeded to go off to the side to socialize and chitchat with a coworker. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any store! I use FedEx in my neighborhood at least three times a week and the people in my neighborhood Location are extremely friendly and professional and helpful! This location is clearly not being managed properly. There should not be multiple employees with terrible attitudes. Each person I encountered in the was completely rude and unfriendly. I ended up just walking out and leaving without getting my papers printed out. I have made a mental note to never return to this location ever again no matter what!

Once I placed the order, I received confirmation of my order along with the estimated pick up time so I knew exactly when to grab my order. Located next to the Walgreens just past the Cumberland Pkwy intersection at Paces Ferry, if you're not paying attention you could miss the turn. When I walked in I think I was surprised at how busy the shipping area was but luckily for me there was only one person in front of me needing assistance with printing services. Unfortunately the person in front of me needed a lot of help and I waited about four minutes before another associate greeted me and asked if he could assist me. I let him know I was picking up an online order and he asked for my name and quickly grabbed my order. I appreciated that he reviewed the printed material with me and made sure that I did not need any further assistance. A decent experience but I think if someone had simply let me know "hey we're busy but we'll be with you shortly" that would've gone a long way.

With the assistant manager standing next to him I explained to Justin that the quote was $.10 extra for the card stock and each print was $.59. He said no it's $.30. I showed him my phone the time that I called this location was 11:30 am. In trying to find out who I might have talked to, I asked him if the assistant manager on call was here at 11:30. Justin's reply was "I can't give you his schedule!" I replied I'm not asking for his schedule I'm just wanting to know if he, The assistant manager, was here at the time. Because it could in fact be him. Justin kept saying I can't give you his schedule. I asked Justin if he, himself was here at 11:30. Justin said I can't give you my schedule. Again I replied I am not asking for your schedule I'm just asking if you were here at 11:30 when the person I talk to was here because I had called at 11:30. After much frustration he finally showed me to a copier and he Had trouble working the machine. I told him if the price was going to triple for the Card stock, I only wanted one copy. At check out I was in fact right, it was $.10 extra for card stock paper. I called the assistant manager Alan over and he said yes it's $.10. He also helped me with getting the right orientation on my final print out. Since he was standing close to Justin, I turned to Justin and ask Justin " did you hear that your manager agrees with me?" Justin said "I don't want to talk about it" Truly there is training in professionalism needed here!

Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. I noticed that although he had a line of customers he wasn't' rushing through the transaction, he was present and focused on what he was doing while still acknowledging the customers waiting. I appreciated the great service! This location is in the same plaza as Trader Joes and with the new nail salon, and breakfast spot there is very limited parking. There are a few spots directly in front of the UPS store that are marked for 10 minutes, if you're planning on coming in and out this is probably the best place to park if the lot is full.   I called a few UPS stores and I noticed that they each have different requirements. One place did month to month but didn't have personal mailboxes, it was held behind the desk, another required at least 6 months, and this one required at least 3 months. It's a pretty convenient location so I decided to select this store for my temporary mailbox. You receive an update when you have mail, and you have a key so you can come after hours. You can also have packages delivered here.   To get the mailbox I needed to provide two forms of ID, I couldn't' used a credit card so I used my medical card and DL. The total was $136 for 3 months.
