    Message from store owner (lady with glasses in my complaint).

    Some of these UPS stores are the most unwelcoming places I have ever visited. I visited the 2451 Cumberland Pkwy location (Store #2687) on 8/22/24 at 8:08 am a received the worst customer service. When I came in there was a middle aged (I am assuming) Caucasian woman with glasses behind the counter. The door was propped open and a lady in the doorway (I assuming the workers friend based on their conversation). They were just carrying on a conversation as if I was not there. I approached the counter and the woman with the glasses never acknowledged me, just took my package and continued her conversation with the lady in the doorway. She was having an entire conversation about how she was going to see Bruno Mars this weekend, etc...etc. Once she scanned my package she just handed me my receipt and sent me on my way still without an acknowledgement. Personally based on her behavior and demeanor, it was obvious she doesn't like to deal with others of a different hue. I understand most of these UPS stores are independently owned; however, these stores need to uphold the name of UPS and train their employees to extend professional behavior to their customers. I hope this review makes it to the hands of the owners and that they will take my review and concern seriously. I won't frequent this store again. Very disappointed.

    I love popping in here to send back my Amazon returns! On Amazon Prime you can select to bring your return to UPS without packaging or anything and they send you a QR code. You show the QR code to the team member, and they take care of the rest! It's literally the easiest thing ever. I will admit, I buy and return items from Amazon kinda often so the fact that this process is so easy just encourages more of the behavior. Anyway, we'll address that another time. The process itself is easy but the fact that this UPS store provides an excellent visit is props to them. First of all, it smells nice in the store. That might sound weird, but think about it - cardboard boxes and mailing tape don't smell good. But they've got it smelling like a daisy in there, so it is worth noticing. Additionally, the team there is super friendly. So happy to help and always have a smile to share. I really appreciate this!! The store is always clean and in good shape when I pop in. There is plenty of parking because it's shared with Publix. Overall, just a lovely UPS store!

    I just had to run in to this UPS store at 6:20 p.m. To mail a very special birthday gift to my dear sister in Michigan. I was unprepared and disorganized. I had to put the item in the Box, fill out the card, and tape the Box shut. Tom and the other employee in there whose name I did not get, and the UPS driver waited patiently & pleasantly while I got my act together. This kind of customer service is rare and exceptional. I greatly appreciate their fantastic service and will continue to do business here again and again. I WILL recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you so much guys! You don't know how happy my sister will be to receive her gift actually on her birthday! You made my day a lot better!

    Big shout out to the staff and Mr George from the West Coast for taking it to the next Fed Ex…read morelevel!! I called and set myself up with the right person. George buddies me by suggesting I visit the store and he could walk me through label crreation. The Fed Ex website was down for two weeks and my situation was desperate and time was running out. The expectation surpassed the experience and George walked me through setting up the label and emailing it in PDF form to my client. The rest was history. Because I have an account my tracking for the package was simplified once the package was accepted in the FedEx ecosystem. Good help is hard to find, and George was leaving support to this location because of staff shortage. His normal office is in Buckhead near Phipps Plaza. When I need help, trust I will be putting on the extra miles if necessary to connect with George. The biggest challenge and area of opportunity is Fed Ex's phone lines. They connect you to anAI source that doesn't comprehend very well when the customer needs are urgent. Instead if you don't choose the correct option which is super slim it will disconnect you. I was disconnected on at least 8 times before someone picked up the phone. Fed Ex spends tons of money on this system without keeping the needs of the customer first. Maybe this experience will render an evaluation and things will change

    Krystal at this FedEx location gave me the utmost customer service I've ever received! I went to 4…read moredifferent UPS stores and an OfficeMax trying to get my seating chart names printed out but I kept getting turned away without a reason why. I'm less than a month away from my wedding so I was feeling defeated when I decided to stop by this FedEx as a last resort. Krystal not only gave me a reason why I wasn't able to print my seating chart out, she also brainstormed up a solution for me to make it work! She didn't stop there either, she made it a personal project for herself to print, cut out, and place my signage out on the paper I provided so I could finish this project. If you're a bride or know a bride then you know wedding planning can be so stressful, but her customer service and act of kindness blew me away! I'm so grateful I decided to come into this location. I provided an image of my seating chart put all together because I'm so proud of how it looks. I'm not good at DIY projects so I wouldn't have been able to do this without her! Thank you, Krystal!!

Easy task except I don't have a printer, my office is closed, and the library is on a holiday schedule. OMG. I thought Kinkos immediately. I walked in and asked for help but the self service printers have everything you need. It's fairly cheap to print off a black and white copy, so don't worry about breaking the bank. I was able to accomplish in under 15 minutes. Check this out for next office supply and printing needs.
