Nate King for Instant Imprint has to go down as the worst in Ga history when it comes to customer service!! To add insult to injury this guy thinks the color orange-yellow is British Coat Red! He was given a clear mock-up of what was to be done! And clearly choose to do what he wanted to do instead of what the customer ask for! And refuse to make any concession! The worst!! read more

I needed to get my son's initials embroidered on his mandated outerwear so that each piece could easily be identified at his private school. After reviewing embroidery locations near me, I noticed that Instant Imprints received five stars and therefore, took one of the jackets to them. The girl was seemingly pleasant, and we discussed placing my son's initials on the sleeve of the jacket. She stated that it would take a week to complete. It was Wednesday, October 18th. I paid in full. The girl called me Wednesday, October 25th stating that she could not embroider on the sleeve because the sleeve would not fit on the machine. I found it rather odd that she called me a week after the embroidery should have been finished. It was apparent that she hadn't even started on the item when she offered an iron on process instead, and I immediately refused. I decided to move the embroidery from the sleeve to the bottom of the jacket to accommodate her lack of oversight and she agreed that the embroidered monogram would be completed that same day, October 25th. She also offered to place it inside of the jacket at no additional charge for the change. When I arrived to pickup the jacket, I instantly noticed that the girl placed the forbidden iron-on instead of embroidery. Additionally, the letters were big and gawky looking. The owner, who waited on me, indicated that he didn't know what was stated although the invoice stated embroidery. He was rather aloof during the conversation as if he really didn't care yet watchful of my son as if my elementary school aged son from a reputable private school was going to destroy items in his store. The owner stated that my order was a rush job and indicated that perhaps that was all she could do since it was rushed. When I informed him that it had been a week, he became speechless and then stated that this has never happened before. He asked what did I want him to do and I stated that I want what I paid for... my son's embroidered initials on the jacket. The owner mentioned that he didn't know if they would be able to get the iron off. He also indicated that perhaps I told her to go with the iron on when it clearly stated that I wanted embroidery on the receipt. I also indicated that if I had decided on the iron on (which I wouldn't), I would have had it placed on the original location, the sleeve and not at the bottom of the jacket. As a result, my son has to go another week without a jacket. Needless to say, the initials that the girl stated she would place on the inside was nonexistent. BEWARE OF INSTANT IMPRINTS! They instantly print wrong things. read more

I love Instant Imprints. We just started a new business, @AutohausSocial, in the heart of Atlanta and Lauren helped us get our employee uniforms created within our budget. We ended up ordering tshirts, polos, hats and jackets. She also helped with all auxiliary promotions including a really nice heavy duty banner. All within our time frame.
