The store is dirty and seems to never be fully stocked. The employees I've encountered , when you can find one, are very nice but not very knowledgeable about the products or the store layout. I've been more successful searching their website which gives you the aisle number of where to locate an item in your selected store. They have great sales though and of course I love their weekly coupons!

Instead, the order has to be received, then taken to the store for a refund. Anyone ordering Joann's online store should be aware. I did not see a policy regarding cancelation. Even though my decision not to order again from the online store will not have a financial impact someone reading this may decide not to use the online option. I am debating whether or not to continue shopping in-store. Joann's is not the only craft store in the area. I would not have visited the online store if the actual store would have enough store brand inventory in stock like the brand names. A very dissatisfied customer!

Instead of receiving a friendly response, I was met with a snappy and rude attitude for simple questions about the misleading sale signs in the baby flannel aisle. I spoke to the employee respectfully as should we all. Not only did they seem irritated by my inquiries, but their responses were obviously in an aggravated manner. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of the store. I hope management addresses this issue, as it's essential for staff to be courteous and helpful. I normally visit the Joann's in Macon and the ladies there are extremely kind and helpful. I was in WR for an errand and decided to stop at this Joann's branch for convenience and the joy of visiting my favorite hobby store. However, in return, it was a letdown. Aside from that the other employees seemed really kind.
