The prices are insanely low and are the reason I keep coming back for my projects despite the lengthy drive from my home. The workers are all very kind and generous, often measuring lengths of fabrics and trims more with their heart than the rulers. I have never had an unpleasant experience with fine fabrics and I visited their Norcross location many a time, as well. If you're looking to stock up on materials, make a wedding dress, or your next cosplay, Fine Fabrics would be my number one choice for fabric and notions.

My only complaint is that it can be hard to navigate the aisle due to all the merchandise, the building has an unpleasant smell, and figuring out the price can be hard. That said, once you hear what the price is, you will likely be thrilled. Also if you are interesting in making costumes? They are right down the street from Reynolds Advanced Materials making this place a winner for two stop shopping cosplayers.

I asked if I could show him the upholstery work that I needed done. Without even looking, he responded "I don't do that." I think a little bit more care could be expressed in the way this attendant handles customers. Perhaps the name of the store should be fabric store and not fabric and upholstery store, since the company doesn't provide upholstery services.

I may have purchased two or three things from Michaels over the years. Michaels definitely is a neat store if you are always trying to out-do your wife's friends in the "we have the party decorations contest" If your wife frequents pinterest then you frequent Michaels. Joann Fabric and Crafts online shopping is a TOTAL joke. I placed and order and not two minutes…read morelater I needed to cancel. There is not an option to cancel an order. Instead, the order has to be received, then taken to the store for a refund. Anyone ordering Joann's online store should be aware. I did not see a policy regarding cancelation. Even though my decision not to order again from the online store will not have a financial impact someone reading this may decide not to use the online option. I am debating whether or not to continue shopping in-store. Joann's is not the only craft store in the area. I would not have visited the online store if the actual store would have enough store brand inventory in stock like the brand names. A very dissatisfied customer!

Instead of receiving a friendly response, I was met with a snappy and rude attitude for simple questions about the misleading sale signs in the baby flannel aisle. I spoke to the employee respectfully as should we all. Not only did they seem irritated by my inquiries, but their responses were obviously in an aggravated manner. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of the store. I hope management addresses this issue, as it's essential for staff to be courteous and helpful. I normally visit the Joann's in Macon and the ladies there are extremely kind and helpful. I was in WR for an errand and decided to stop at this Joann's branch for convenience and the joy of visiting my favorite hobby store. However, in return, it was a letdown. Aside from that the other employees seemed really kind.
