Instead, the order has to be received, then taken to the store for a refund. Anyone ordering Joann's online store should be aware. I did not see a policy regarding cancelation. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of the store. I hope management addresses this issue, as it's essential for staff to be courteous and helpful. I normally visit the Joann's in Macon and the ladies there are extremely kind and helpful. I was in WR for an errand and decided to stop at this Joann's branch for convenience and the joy of visiting my favorite hobby store. However, in return, it was a letdown. I have never had an unpleasant experience with fine fabrics and I visited their Norcross location many a time, as well.
