The selection of jewelry making items at Hobby Lobby is vast and they offer a better selection of products than other similar stores in the area. Their floral selection is lovely and prices are competitive. They offer artwork, gardening supplies and various items for all craft activities. I was even able to find greetings cards. The staff greets you upon walking in the store but if you need help you will have to hunt an associate down. Sign up for their weekly ad they usually have excellent deals and discounts. This store has everything I could want in terms of yarn, sewing, and crafting. The prices seem to be cheaper than Michaels or a similar store. Don't forget your card or cash as they don't do tap to pay. read more

The store wasn't bad, but while there my 4 year old had to go potty. The bathroom was atrocious. There was dust all over the ceiling vent. And surrounding the toilet looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. Hair and dust all over the bottom of the toilet. read more

Customer service and Management is slipshod at best. I love browsing through a good stocked Hobby Lobby and finding treasures to enhance my home and mood. I was shopping with a friend last Saturday July 9th and came across their 75% off sale on Americana 4th of July end sale. I poured through some of it because these colors don't run kind of Texas bred 3 generations of US Army loves anything with red, white and blue to display on my property. I had several things in my cart when the manager came over to me and said "if you wait until Monday morning it will be 90% off." He said this over and over until I gave and put some stuff back and my friend said I'm going to wait until Monday then. Monday came my friend was outside beeping at 8:30 and I levitated off my bed. I hollered out the door I'm coming give me 5 minutes. I threw on a pair of denim jeans and a grey tank top over my silky black drawls and lacy bra and put my long black hair into a bun and slipped into my sketchers. We threw my gas cans into the back of the truck so I can cut my 5 acre field of dreams in between rain falls we've been having in Ga. We get there about 9:15 am and as I walk in there are three employees standing at one register and I say "good morning " with no response but sour looks as if it was too early in the day for friendliness. As we walk over to the first isle up front I noticed the signs still said 75% off . I then asked the lady up front who told me she didn't know why the Manager would tell me that due to the have to wait for corporate to give them the go ahead to change the sign. I expressed that my one way trip was at least 35 minutes into town and she said sorry but again not sure why he would tell me that. I t asked for the manager and was sent an assistant manager who blew me off in the same manner but with a hideous laugh and sinister grin and she proceeded to walk away. I spent $200. In there last Saturday and this is how they think of their customers. Needless to say I left and had the most marvelous experience at Cracker Barrel there in Warner Robins Ga. Please everybody don't let nobody steal your joy! read more

This Hobby Lobby does not have quite the selection that other HLs have, at least not in terms of two items I recently went looking for: furniture and fabric. Perhaps this is because of the abundance of home decor and furniture stores here in Warner Robins (and a fabric store used to be next door). I am just used to be able to go to Hobby Lobby for everything on my list when it comes to the home. That aside, I just got the most outstanding, thoughtful customer service from Kyle in framing. I am always overwhelmed and unsure when it comes to making selections for custom framing. Kyle helped me through the whole process, making excellent suggestions and taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. It really made the whole process enjoyable and I am so excited to see how they turn out. I've never received that kind if assistance at any of the many framing vendors I've been to. I hope he is still next time I need something framed! read more

I go to this store quite often, but, had not been in a couple of months. I was disappointed that there was a lot of trash outside entrance, and a homeless person inside the entryway. Inside store is clean, but, always people tearing down and stocking up. Something most stores do before or after hours. Clearance aisle is always neat and in order. Go for sales and use online discount for one item. Sales are in a pretty regular cycle, so, if you can wait, it will go on sale. Employees are nice, if you can get their attention. Just happy to have more than one craft store in town! read more

I contacted the floral department in WR while standing with the floral manager at a different location. The location I was at did not have what I needed. I called the WR store and the manager provided the floral department rep in WR with the location, name, and item number of the exact item I wanted. The WR rep informed us that they had "PLENTY" in stock. I drove 40+ miles later that evening to discover that the WR store did not have a single item in stock. The young lady in florals apologized and stated that she had not ever seen the flowers that I wanted and she did not understand why Jane Doe stated that they were in stock earlier. I was livid!!! I called the store manager, Darrell, over and all I got was insults. He stated that "no one could have told me that because he didn't have anyone in florals at 3pm because she clocked out at 3". The fact that he was basically telling me that I did not speak with his floral manager made things worse so I showed him my phone log and asked if this was his store's number. I literally started sweating because I was so angry with him. He literally turned and walked off without answering me. I informed the young lady that I would be contacting corporate to complain. Darrell came to find me 5 mins later with an apology. No discount or anything offered, just "I'm sorry you drove 45 miles". The store manager was basically telling me that I did not speak with his floral manager which made matters worse so I showed him my phone log and asked if this was his store's number. I started perspiring because I was so angry with him. He literally turned and walked off without answering me. I informed the young lady that I would be contacting corporate to complain. Selection of product is great so the reason for the low rating is due to a horrendous experience with one employee. Usually customer service here is amazing but Sarah is on some kind of power trip and is EXTREMELY rude. A product marked on sale, with signs didn't ring up correctly. After someone checked, they confirmed there was a sign and offered a partial refund. As the employee was fixing my purchase Sarah comes up and demands to know the situation. The employee informs her it is already taken care of and approved by another manager. She insists on knowing what's going on, because apparently this is the highlight of her week. After she rudely speaks about the situation as if I can't hear her, I tell the employee to just refund it. Why would I want to sit there and continue to be belittled? She then says (again as if I'm not even there) "oh she doesn't want it on sale, that's fine we'll take it" with her disgustingly rude tone. I left in awe someone in a professional setting would act like that. This woman needs out of retail management. read more

Great place to find what you need for crafting, etc. The majority of the floor staff is friendly, and willing to help out. Management seems to act like they are "too busy" for the customer. There is one very annoying sounding female who seems to always work the front register, and its funny as it seems alot of customers have caught on to her annoying voice, and would rather stand in another line, then have to go through her "empty" line....cracks me up everytime I go in there! read more
