I went into buy a bed and had the…read moreattention of the representative of the sales person for a short time until someone else walked into the store so there I am sitting, waiting to complete my order, being that I have done customer service all my life. I expect that one on one attention, and I was highly disappointed in how that was handled.. When the order was complete, I requested a delivery and when my delivery arrived, it was incomplete. I called the store to let them know what had happened and they did not want to take any blame for the order or for the mishap so therefore I had to drive back one hour to the store to pick up the additional mattress that I did not receive on the delivery. This could've all been avoided if I had a one on one with the sales rep at the time of purchase.

My husband and I picked a queen (which was in stock!) and our son got a full, which needed to be ordered and was due to come in the following week..well they gave us a very nice mattress to use until his came in! Well as you can see from photo and beautiful dark blue is also available. You will notice there are no tags to identify the products source so that you can search on line for the best deal or quality of the product before purchase. If we had shopped on line we would have save $600 on each piece and had product in 2 to 4 weeks. Follow up calls resulted in "We will call you when its ready" Not until we pushed did we get a call saying it was being built the next day and would ship to us in a week. Customer service extremely lacking and the Guardsman Protection plan is a waste of money. over 600 complaints with the Grand Rapids location in 3 years. All rating where a one because they couldn't give them a "0". Save you money and shop else where.

After 2 weeks I called and they said the sofa was in but not the recliner. We went and picked up the sofa that day. Mind you they never called me, I had to call them. Weeks went by and I never heard anything about the recliner so I called on a Sunday and the lady said they usually get shipments in on Thursdays and they would probably call me Friday. I never heard from them and I waited another 3 weeks before calling in again. They said my order had already been picked up. I said um, no it hasn't, I picked up the sofa and I never got a call to pick up the recliner. They said they would look into it. A couple days later my salesperson called and said the recliner had been discontinued and if I was interested in another color. Without losing my control (I was livid) I told him to just refund the money for the recliner. It was September 30th when we ordered these items and it is now December 13th. Keep in mind they NEVER called me or communicated with me until I called several times to get a status on my order. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!

The staff selling me a couch…read morewent really well and the delivery guys were amazing but the communication in between purchase and delivery was non-existent. The price of the couch was great and I love it on my house but not answering the phone and not getting back to voicemails left me no choice but to go there in person. I will not support poor customer services with no communication after a sale.
