I didn't want to put a regular mattress pad on my new mattress and block the cooling effect so Twila ordered me the cooling protector and I think it works even better than the mattress.

Even though all was in stock, I am told that not all pieces had shipped together and the store is still waiting on the platform. I am very dissatisfied. I have been more patient than most customers with this store. I am to call back on Monday because the owners are out of town and they are the only ones that can approve a refund. I definitely want a refund. I'll shop elsewhere.

We returned later with my dad to purchase. Every time I asked a question I was dismissed. I had to repeat my questions and ask for a written warranty. It was unfortunate. He helped us multiple times and each time I didn't care for the way he spoke to me but this last time he had the nerve to literally wave me off (shoo me away with his hand) and said, "your fine" to dismiss me. This is after my husband and I were literally speaking to another sales associate, whom we were already working with for a few days. The misogynist, Terry interrupted us by walking between us and started talking- like who are you?! Who does that? Gross behavior. The other associate apologized to us profusely. He lost the sale for the entire business. The reason we did not want to work with him again before this incident is his lack of integrity; all he cares about is his commission. Not one bit of truth will spoken by this poor excuse of a man and sales associate. I will continue telling everyone I know not to work with Terry and to take their business elsewhere.
