So much wasted time! I wish I had come here first. They had lazy boys that were out of our price, but so many that were perfect or even under what we were looking at! Don't go anywhere else! Kind people, not pushy in the least bit, family owned, mostly American made. My only complaint? Why couldn't we have found them sooner!?! Oh and free parking outback! Beautiful stuff too!

You will notice there are no tags to identify the products source so that you can search on line for the best deal or quality of the product before purchase. If we had shopped on line we would have save $600 on each piece and had product in 2 to 4 weeks. Follow up calls resulted in "We will call you when its ready" Not until we pushed did we get a call saying it was being built the next day and would ship to us in a week. Customer service extremely lacking and the Guardsman Protection plan is a waste of money. over 600 complaints with the Grand Rapids location in 3 years. All rating where a one because they couldn't give them a "0". Save you money and shop else where.

The prices on the used hotel items were very good. The prices on the new items were on the higher side, in my opinion, for the quality of craftsmanship and materials. I needed a specific time frame and that was because I was working. I received an estimate of 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. which was perfect because I could get home from work. I requested the last delivery. I started getting phone calls at work at 11:15ish asked again to be put on the last spot for delivery. I got a lot of negative responses from the delivery team. My salesperson followed up and called me around 2:00 p.m. and said that the delivery would take place at 2:15 p.m. which was perfect. When I arrived home they were putting my mattresses on the front door area. It's a good thing I showed up at 2:15 or I would have had to bring the mattress in by myself I think I'm the customer and I paid for this mattressand I had a specific time frame because of my work schedule. I think next time I will go to a store that can give me the delivery when I am able to be home. There was no flexibility.

I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that." Great customer service is a MUST to ensure that companies have recurrent customers patronizing their stores. I purchased a couple of mattresses and candles from her and I will be returning to purchase some of the spoon jewelry from her in the very near future.
