Unfortunately- he didn't have the paint so he called this location and they said they had it. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

Adam helped me with everything!! If it wasn't for him I would have spent over $80 on stuff I didnt need. But, because of Adam being so gracious and kind I left with everythjng I needed and only spent $23. I was so stressed and nervous about buying all this and he took all the pressure off!!
