I went back again yesterday and had a different sales person but with the same results was very helpful took the time to make sure that I was getting the product that I asked. The paint was shaken and stirred. I had a large discount for both products due to my history with the store, the product price for the quality was so inexpensive compared to any big box store. I painted my house with their top grade (Emerald) paint, and the paint is just pealing right off. Their customer service is horrible!!! SW recently discontinued their Harmony No VOC paint and and their rep sent me to Benjamin Moore since they have several No VOC paints to choose from at various price points. When I drove up at 2:30pm on a Monday the place looked closed. But as I walked up Tom Jr open the door for me and I quickly understood why they have such a high rating. This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. I am very indecisive when it comes to paint and Tom Jr answered ALL my questions, gave me some things to think about and provided recommendations without any pressure to buy. The next day I called ahead to place my order, paid and everything was loaded into my trunk. Wow! This place is a whole vibe, if you need paint get it from here.

She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.
