My husband…read morepainted our garage floor with a paint purchased from Sherwin Williams, but he didn't have enough to cover the entire floor, so he returned to the store and picked up another gallon. The paint job went well until we discovered the grays were not the same color! One was darker, however, we couldn't tell until it dried and, sad to say, all my husband's toil was in vain since the shades of gray were different. So, naturally, we returned to the store to relate our experience and spoke to Tanner, an associate, who told us the manager had left for the day and he didn't know how to resolve the issue. He asked us to take the two half gallon containers back home and to return to the store the next day to discuss the issue with the manager. Well, we did that and much to our dismay, again the manager had left before we got to the store. After once again, missing the manager and our issue was still not resolved, I admit to getting flustered. Fortunately, though, Chris intervened and he, personally, re-mixed the paint, perfectly. And, moreover, he gave us two replacement gallons to ensure we would not have to return to the store with the same problem. The runaround was exasperating. I absolutely dread returning merchandise. An apology from the store manager would've been great, but the assistant manager handled our issue as a true professional. After all, we have been a long standing, loyal customer of Sherwin Williams products for decades. We deserved, at bare minimum, professional interaction and resolution. Sherwin Williams is a reputable business, but it's' reputation is tenuous and wholly dependent on quality, ethical business standards. Chris epitomized that high grade fair customer service that Sherwin Williams is known for. He earned his position as Assistant Manager because of his ability to effectively resolve issues that stupefy subordinates. My husband is disabled, but he sacrificed to work on this home project that caused him additional issues because it was so strenuous and stressful. A job that would've been completed, now has to be REDONE because the paints did not match. It was, clearly, a mistake made by Sherwin William's staff. The run around only exasperates customers. I appreciate Chris for handling this situation effectively.

Not one of the three (3) employees greeted me. I wet towards the pain to make every attempt to find the color was I looking for and purchase paint, especially since there is a 40% discount. Not one single employee made their way to me to even ask if I needed anything. I obtained some paint colors and left the store at 3:57 PM, to which one person at the register said,"Have a time day.". The audacity to not say hello when I walked in, but they damn sure said goodbye since I was leaving. As I walked to my car, that same employee locked the door at 3:58PM. If the store had cameras, all of this is caught on tape. Shame on management for not teaching their employees better. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE. I walked in and the service and help of the staff is by far the best. The selection of colors and supplies is perfect and the paint itself is the best paint I have ever used. I understand now why Sherwin-Williams is the way to go as a previous customer at Home Depot and Lowe's for my paint supplies this is 100% better and staff is so helpful I can not say enough about their amazing customer service. The only thing I can say is a complaint is they forgot to give me paint sticks

The store is located near Walmart but in a different shopping center further down Hamilton mill rd net to an auto parts store. Newly changed hours are 6 am to 6pm but I personally wish it was an hour over (ex: 7-7) but It is what it is. We prefer to go here over the home improvement store, sometimes it works out better with paint quality and supplies.

I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.
