I have been using this store for about 5 years. The fairly new manager has never been very polite or helpful. I recently sent some customers to pick out colors. They called from store to ask what kind of paint as they wanted to go ahead and pick it up. They got a price then I called back and said to buy under my account. The manager tried to charge them over 10 dollars a gallon more than a walk of the street price... I'm done with this store...

She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.
