She lives within 10 minutes of three different Walmart locations but she opted to visit the Union City location. Luckily it was a Wednesday evening around 6:30 and there weren't a ton of people inside to my surprise. The parking lot was full of people so when we went inside I was sure the store would be super busy but it was rather calm. This was one of the first times that I actually saw a considerable amount of staff visible and while I did not need assistance, it was nice to know they were available. The store was clean and it was super easy to find what we needed but alas, the problem came when it was time to check out. This seems to be a thing a Walmart but out of the 1,568,2145 registers in the store...4 were open, the self-checkout was open as well, but the checkout lines were super long. We waited patiently and the young lady who checked my mom out was really pleasant, which is something I haven't always experienced at Walmart. This was a decent experience and it's good to know that customer service is still a thing at Wally World!

I waited faithfully until they had their Black Friday sale. It actually started well before the holiday. My daughter and I made our way to the store on this day to buy beds for both of us. We got to the store and immediately found the furniture section. We had a lot of questions and the store associate was patient with us totally. It was easy to pick out which mattress we wanted because we were able to try them out at the store. Yes literally laid on the bed and rolled around until we found the one we wanted. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. I've seen the manager, Brian, acting aggressively and under the influence during visits, which is unsafe for staff and customers alike. My shifts change frequently to support my spouse, forcing other officers to rearrange their schedules--this ripple effect stresses many families, including mine.
