Terrible service- outrageous prices…read more We wanted to have a patio and outdoor fire pit built. Set an appointment- the salesperson walks into our backyard and so we start going through the paces he starts by saying we don't do small jobs. We typically deal with big projects which means big $$. Red flag for us since we just wanted a stone patio with a fire pit in the center 10x10. We are like ok? Is this a job you would do? Silence .... So we go into price.... Well, what would the ballpark be? Huge sigh and head scratch. I was beginning to think he didn't want the job which is fine, just tell me that and be on your way. I asked are we within $10,000, no response, he is staring down at the grass then he goes well it is a huuuge job. My husband realized what was at play, So my husband wanted to see how far he would go, $20,000 ball park? No response, $30,000? No response, $50,000 .... $60,000 well I need to have several guys here and it is very labor intensive. A 10x10 patio???? I am sure if we kept adding tens of thousands he would keep going & we were going to get ripped off. We never got a straight answer on price or project time line. What we did get was a laugh and a little amusement out of the appointment so not all was lost.
