Store said "we don't even open yet." Y'all, PetSmart out here running three different storylines. Me to the register girl at 9:03: In my head -- "Ma'am... you don't see me with this full cart?" What I really said -- "Are you open?" Takeaway for me & other pet parents: No more 7 a.m. appointments. They're on PetSmart Standard Time (PST) and it clearly runs 2-3 hours behind. Bottom line is I went to them and they said they won't allow me to exchange it for something else. I'm livid. It's not like I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange and they refused. I hope them denying my dog was worth losing my business. I understand everybody has policy's that they must follow but I also was a good customer and I always paid in cash. We found Chan and his company on the net. He and his wife came out immediately and assessed our needs and gave us a price to do a deep clean, new rock work and lighting. They came out on the date they said they would and got ev done in one day. They took impeccable care of our koi, did a remarkable job cleaning the pond, did the rock work and installed the lighting. I cannot say enough as to the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to build a pond or just routine maintenance. Thank you guys so much. So far I haven't had an issue. I mean a year ago, they even saw my poor fur baby as my cat had these lumps on her tummy. I had dropped her off with my brother and budget vet accommodated and met with my kitty since she wasn't eating. They ran a test on her first which was $85. And the surgery was gonna be around the late 100s but I didn't have enough. I was going to end up asking if I can do payments but the staff dropped the test fee and told me I can pay for the amount for the surgery. Right now, my fur baby is doing good. She's happy and eating since that year I've taken her. The only reason there's four stars is because the smell is a little too much but it is a vet place. Still, overall the staff are friendly and so are the people you do see.

I was concerned because the doctor was not even examining him before surgery just booking a surgery not even knowing if it was necessary. I hung up. Beware lower cost does not mean great care.
