The "one hour" promise: Turned into "your baby will be ready at 9." That's not one hour... that's an entire Netflix binge. App vs. Reality: App said "ready." Phone call said "not ready." Store said "we don't even open yet." Y'all, PetSmart out here running three different storylines. Me to the register girl at 9:03: In my head -- "Ma'am... you don't see me with this full cart?" What I really said -- "Are you open?" Takeaway for me & other pet parents: No more 7 a.m. appointments. They're on PetSmart Standard Time (PST) and it clearly runs 2-3 hours behind. No cut, no trim, no brushing -- nothing we asked for. They told us we "didn't say haircut," which is absolutely untrue. At this point, it feels like they just don't care. I've bought tons of medication from them and all his normal flea and tick ointments and heartworm medications. So after $5,000 in vet bills we discover that my dog is allergic to beef. So before this was discovered I had paid $125 for chewable heartworm medication that is beef flavored. Bottom line is I went to them and they said they won't allow me to exchange it for something else. I'm livid. It's not like I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange and they refused. I hope them denying my dog was worth losing my business. I understand everybody has policy's that they must follow but I also was a good customer and I always paid in cash. She reassured me that Sol would be okay, she explained to me how she would do the surgery and answered all my questions. I do believe this practice has amazing Doctors!
