They would sell more if they lowered their prices to thrift store prices. They would make more money for their mission. The groomer gets on the phone with terrible customer service skills and very rude. She makes a…read morestatement of " I did the best that I can do." The assistant store supervisor attempted to gaslight me, saying that a bichon haircut will require the dog ears to be pointed, and because my dog ears aren't pointed this is why the cut appears the way it looks in the picture to the left. My dog has been getting the same haircut for his whole eight years of life and so that was the poorest excuse I've ever heard. My complaint is poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a lack of skill set in grooming service. Pictures are both him, what I asked for versus what I got. My dog goes to the Groomer every six weeks and so he practically already had the cut, but just needed a trim she cut entirely way too much off around his head.
