They refused to refund our money and said they would correct it on Monday after consulting other groomers on staff. Don't worry we will not be back and I'm leaving a review every where I can. They were able to take my baby quickly while I waited in the parking lot (my choice). They started while I was still chatting with them to see how she'd do and while she was afraid, they took such good and gentle care of her. They did exactly what I had hoped as far as leaving her shaggy while paying attention to the important grooming areas. I can now tell she has eyes! And a week later, she still looks blown out. I responded immediately saying I have an outdoor outlet outside my own apartment that works and parking spaces in from too.
