They were able to take my baby quickly while I waited in the parking lot (my choice). They started while I was still chatting with them to see how she'd do and while she was afraid, they took such good and gentle care of her. They did exactly what I had hoped as far as leaving her shaggy while paying attention to the important grooming areas. I can now tell she has eyes! And a week later, she still looks blown out. I sincerely couldn't recommend them more. If you are looking for a chill groomer who actually cares for your pet while doing a great job, this seems to be the place.

I responded immediately saying I have an outdoor outlet outside my own apartment that works and parking spaces in from too. Told them the landscapers use that outlet all the time for blowers, etc. The guys response about 45 minutes later was "I'm sorry ma'am we can't do it" It makes no sense when there's an outdoor outlet. I like the in store pick up for online orders, but I wish they had a pick up location somewhere. Often times the only people up front are the cashiers and I either have to wait in line or wait for an associate to come. The sales are decent and most Saturday's they have pet adoption so you can check out the furry friends. They do dog training here and grooming. I've only groomed my dog a couple of times. I don't like that I can't see the wash/bath and the blow dry. If you're going to have glass windows to show the grooming, why not make the whole place visible? It's a little suspect. Customer service is decent, the manager is nice, the forklift driver who works early mornings is also very nice. Huge store with lots of different items in stock!

He looked traumatized, and I was furious. It's like they have no clue how to handle pets professionally. The staff was rude and dismissive, and clearly didn't care about customer service at all. When I tried to get answers, they acted like I was bothering them. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. The grooming area and store itself were dirty and disorganized. It didn't feel safe or clean enough for animals, let alone people. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal, let alone a living pet. It's clear there's no real work ethic here--just people rushing through the day without regard for quality or care. The way they handle the animals is rough and careless. My dog was shaking when I picked him up. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would also like to mention that the manager of the establishment was very nice and definitely did see imperfections between our dogs. She stated that the tale was unevenly shaved, un proportioned, and there was places that hair still could've been kept to be honest. It looks like Stevie Wonder could've shaved my dog and probably did a better job if you are considering this establishment do not go you would literally be neglecting your dog
