Alejandro just does his magic--all size puppies/dogs and non-neutered dogs too. Your dog will come out smelling like baby soap with flowing hair. Alejandro does an excellent job explaining what needs to be done to your dog--he will show you why sometimes you just gotta shave your dog instead of getting it shampooed, dematted, etc. He's great with animals, easily communicates and most of all, an awesome groomer. She just demanded my phone number. Then she was rude when I merely asked the question of whether or not she had notes on how we liked our cairn terrier groomed. She flew off the handle and yelled "I'm not going through this with you! I know how to cut her!" The backstory is the first time we took our dog there she didn't cut her like a cairn terrier. The next time we took her in we brought a picture just to be sure of getting the right cut. Worked out fine. So this time, without the pic, I was just double checking. And she obviously was not pleased with my impertinence. I asked her why asking if she kept notes was so bad. She yelled "if you dont like my work..." and gestured to the door. I took her cue and turned around with my now upset pup. As I left, her parting word was a sarcastic "Whatever!" There's no way I'd ever leave my dog with her. Dogs can't tell you how they've been treated when no one else is around......but I can.

Today, I had to send my boy to heaven. I called this morning because he has not been well for the…read morelast week. They got us right in to check him. They told me what I knew..... I left work to spend my final moments with him. The team were amazing! Everything was explained to myself and my cousin. I held him as they medicated him. It was sad but peaceful.
