The collie came home with a deep, infected puncture wound on his hind paw. The vet said it was at least a week old. The golden came home with dried blood and a ring of lacerations around his neck... maybe bad rope burn or some kind of strangulation injury. Also my dogs were starving when they came home, eating and eating. Each dog lost over 10 lbs, which is a lot for a 100lb dog. I don't know what goes on here behind the closed doors. The staff at the front seem nice... but something is very wrong. They did not tell us there was any problem or injury to both our dogs. This place should be shut down. Do not take your pets here. I am still paying the vet bills, over $600 to get the wounds healed that were caused/incurred here.

I paid for ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and feet groomed, but only the nails were done. Ears were not cleaned and feet were barely touched. Staff also labeled my husband as "aggressive," which was untrue and unprofessional. Paid for services not provided and left with no resolution.

The primary instruction was getting your dog's attention, the commands - sit, down, off, leave it, drop it and loose leash walking. Overall I was pleased with the overall instruction and experience. They did a good job of making sure the dogs didn't invade another dog's space. Homework was sent out each week to work on in sessions with the dog and this helped prepare for the next week's session. Instead of being professional and finding a quick solution like any competent person would, she was dismissive and condescending. Absolutely avoid this place. They are a complete waste of time and have the worst customer service.
