I will say that if they do not bathe them before I pick them up, they do not smell good and have smelled like urine and sometime have poo on their paws. I usually bathe them once we get home so they can relax. If you are looking for a boutique experience this is not the place for you. The building is in dire need of repairs, and I believe they are working on it. However, they are good to my babies, and I trust them and that is what means more to me then the appearance of the building.

Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. I expected better customer service and at least a response to discuss my concerns. P.Johnson[ Atlanta G.A]

So I scheduled the appointment yesterday, and the woman on the phone was very thorough, and I thought 'aww' when she asked what my baby's name was. My baby. Not dog. That's when I knew this place was different. I watched him get groomed and he was very calm and at ease with the groomer there. I like his cut a lot, I preferred his long hair, but it was impossible, because he's mostly an outside dog and it's very hot. Overall I am very impressed with this PetSmart. Good Job, and I am excited for my baby's next appointment in September .

The primary instruction was getting your dog's attention, the commands - sit, down, off, leave it, drop it and loose leash walking. Overall I was pleased with the overall instruction and experience. They did a good job of making sure the dogs didn't invade another dog's space. Homework was sent out each week to work on in sessions with the dog and this helped prepare for the next week's session. Would recommend.
