I paid for ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and feet groomed, but only the nails were done. Ears were not cleaned and feet were barely touched. When my husband calmly questioned it, staff said they only trim the bottom of the feet. The manager said he'd be back and never returned after we waited about 30 minutes. Staff also labeled my husband as "aggressive," which was untrue and unprofessional. Paid for services not provided and left with no resolution.

From the get go, Grace(the owner) was super kind with communication and got my two pups in very last minute for us! Her husband greeted us and helped get them checked in with ease as it was our first time boarding with them. I have a young Great Dane who is full of energy and a bit anxious... that said, he was all kinds of crazy when I dropped him off since it was new territory... however, they allowed me to hang till he was calm and comfortable with a new place. They were so gentle with him and understanding he was a young pup in a new place! Honestly, it didn't take my dog long to warm up because the property itself is truly a dogs dream. There are plenty of pins for them to get outside time to run and play together or individually. I drive over an hour to keep my dogs here and it is very worth it!

We had tried other trainers in the past, but we never felt like we had gotten "the full picture" and we just wanted to get her the help she needed. We were pretty nervous about her being away for 2+ weeks, but Mary always made us feel comfortable. She was always quick to answer every question and never made us feel like a bother for asking. The daily update videos were so welcomed and the progress she made was unbelievable. When we met to pick Maeve up, Mary spent over an hour working with us and Maeve to make sure everyone was comfortable with what she had learned. I finally got to heel her perfecly in public with loads of distractions! I cannot recommend Full Focus K9 enough. It's evident when you meet Mary how dedicated she is to her craft and to all the dogs she works with.
