So I scheduled the appointment yesterday, and the woman on the phone was very thorough, and I thought 'aww' when she asked what my baby's name was. My baby. Not dog. That's when I knew this place was different. I watched him get groomed and he was very calm and at ease with the groomer there. I like his cut a lot, I preferred his long hair, but it was impossible, because he's mostly an outside dog and it's very hot. Overall I am very impressed with this PetSmart. Good Job, and I am excited for my baby's next appointment in September .

My 15 year old long haired dachshund got the worst haircut that she's ever had and they didn't even clip her toenails. Her hair was uneven and gapped up and they didn't trim her feet or her beard. I was highly disappointed and I can't believe that they are ok letting the dogs walk out with such terrible haircuts. Be foreworned-take your pets anywhere than Conyers Petsmart!

From the get go, Grace(the owner) was super kind with communication and got my two pups in very last minute for us! Her husband greeted us and helped get them checked in with ease as it was our first time boarding with them. I have a young Great Dane who is full of energy and a bit anxious... that said, he was all kinds of crazy when I dropped him off since it was new territory... however, they allowed me to hang till he was calm and comfortable with a new place. They were so gentle with him and understanding he was a young pup in a new place! Honestly, it didn't take my dog long to warm up because the property itself is truly a dogs dream. There are plenty of pins for them to get outside time to run and play together or individually. I drive over an hour to keep my dogs here and it is very worth it!
