Minus the ear Infection they gave her due to the water they got all in her ear. Her ears were good before this They got 1 star because they actually paid for her vet bill.

She was doused in puppy perfume, no bath, no nails and a gland cleaning that I never asked for but was still told really wasn't much (aka they didn't do it) The original bill was $100 and I tipped 20% before seeing her. She still had tangled hair and my family on thanksgiving suggested I get her groomed. When I contacted the shop I never asked for my money back, but was harassed by manager/owner through Facebook messenger until 2am. I finally suggested that she put what I paid towards the person that suggested them and I was told to never come back and they had me on camera?!!
