i was in trying to adopt a cat and a woman named grayson was helping me, i didnt end up getting one because i could smell her standing fairly far from her, the stench was so bad i couldnt stand talking to her any longer and i had to leave the store. i felt bad for the cat and i didnt want her to have to smell her upon purchase. I have taken my dogs here for years to be groomed. Each time there is something to complain about. Called two weeks ago for an appointment on a Saturday. Asked me about my shot records or which vet I used told the lady and she assured me that someone would be in touch if she could not verify. Had a 8:00 am appointment for both dogs. Got there no one had called the vet, of course they are closed on Saturdays, was told they could not groom them. I of course got ugly and the store manager said she would take care of it first thing Monday morning. Five days later still have not heard anything. You couldn't pay me to go back. If I could leave a zero star for Petsense in Griffin Georgia I would. I bought a product for my cats skin and got home to an empty box. Clearly the product was stolen out of the box , I called pet sense and they said I could bring it and the receipt in and they would exchange it but of course I already had thrown away the receipt . they refused to give me another product or even at a discounted price. why couldn't the transaction with the receipt be pulled if I knew exactly what day and when and what employee rung me up??? customer service sucks!!!! Went in and my dog was groomed. I noticed the groomer wrote cocker cut and I said hey he's a springer. She replied I know what I'm doing. She also tried to tell me oatmeal isn't bad on dogs. Groomers who keep up on schooling know this. Oatmeal is not good on dogs. So now my springer looks like a giant cocker spaniel. He doesn't seem to mind. He looks good but not the right style. read more

Pet sense will be always my number one for training it is big and spacious and not a lot of dogs come in and out first place we took karma we just love how the aisle are nice and big and they always are respectful about me and karma and any dog always ask to pet and ask to give treats friendly as ever read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not take your pets to the Griffin, Ga location for grooming. This was a horrible experience for me today. I dropped my pets off for a bath and trim. I picked them back up 2 hours later only to find that both of my pets looked the same as he did when I dropped them off. My make dog still had small kinks in his hair so he definitely was not brushed. When I picked him up he did not smell like shampoo all over so I assume they just put dry shampoo on him. My female dog has been acting really weird since we got back so I'm not sure what is going on with her. I also heard my male dog yelping when the groomer was trying to bring him up front...he is super friendly dog that doesn't get upset at all so I am really curious as to how they handle pets and if they are too rough with them. I really hate that I decided to take them here. It was a last minute decision and I really regret it. They gave me a refund as if that should make it better but it doesn't because no one should have to deal with this!!! They also offered to do the grooming back over but there is no way I would ever trust them with my pets again. read more

Do not take your dog here for grooming. After the pet is there for four hours, called and was told they had her drying...hadn't even trimmed her or cut her nails! She was ready after being with a 9:00 appointment at 3:15!! Will never use or ever recommend this Petsense! read more

After taking our Beagle here to get bathed/groomed, we noticed that he was noticeably sore afterwards. It only got worse from there. An x-ray revealed a spinal injury. No idea what happened, but I do not advise ANYONE taking their dog here! We are pondering legal action over this due to the cost of the vet bills and the potential of having to put our dog to sleep. read more
