nommy lil treat so i can alternate between the minnows i usually get her .

i just recently got a new kitten and have been getting her food from petsmart , but wasn't seeing a lot of raw options and/or just more natural/healthy noms noms . i decided to pop into this shop today and was pleasantly surprised to see this local , cute shop !! the options they had were sooooo good !! the prices are super reasonable and the customer service makes it all the better ! mr. joe in particular was so helpful and knowledgeable . he answered all my questions & he gave me some good samples for my kitty to try . he made sure to let me know if she didn't like it , i could bring it back and exchange it which gives me a piece of mind . 10/10 store and they have so many options for you to choose from . i got so many goodies i'm excited for my cat to try . i will definitely recommend and i will definitely be back .

I love this place!!! The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. I got my dog as a rescue almost 2 years ago after about 6 years of starvation/neglect. Victoria the owner has recommended things to me for him that I feel have really helped him. This place has been on it with his every need. I have cats too, and I've bought 3 catit self groomers with catnip and they are obsessed!!!! I feel like they've been super smart and responsible during COVID-19 which I appreciate so much. Here's him looking good in his favorite shirt also from there!!! :)

I was happily in the neighborhood yesterday. We parked right in front of this lovely boutique/dealer/neighborhood pet store. I was so happy. And I needed dog food. I was in once before. Maybe 5 years ago. I was traveling from IL staying with family in Griffin. Park Pet Supply was the closest store that carried Stella and Chewy's freeze dried dog food. I purchased a large bag of beef. They have leashes, toys, snacks, and a large, large selection of food. There is a wash facility for your pet next door as well. You should stop in.

Everything and everyone associated with Park Pet Supply has won me over completely. I've actually frequented this location several times over the last couple of years but my sole purpose was to use their self serve dog washing service. You pay inside Park Pet Supply and head next door (into Fur Side Grooming) where three separate deep bathtubs reside that include everything (and more) you could possibly need to wash your pooch. And the price range is between $10 and $13, depending on the size of your pooch. The bathtub and wash items that are provided include (but are not limited to) : regular shampoo, flea & tick shampoo , whitening shampoo which is a big bonus and really does wonders for my pup's coat, mild conditioner, and more that all leave your dog smelling as fresh as a daisy. :) Yep. They even supply different length leashes that securely harness your doggie in the tub so he or she won't attempt to or jump out as mine always wishes to do. After their bath, you have the option to clip their nails (with clippers that are provided) clean their ears, then dry them with a pretty loud & powerful industrial-like dryer hose. My pup prefers to air dry on his own. Oh, yeah! I almost forgot the big full-size plastic apron provided for us humans to keep us dry which is another big bonus. I wear it every time. :) So, back to the pet store where all your pups' AND kitties needs can be met with top-of-the-line products along with more than affordable pricing, - especially compared to the big pet chain stores. I finally took the time to really look around Pet Park Supply (not just use the self wash service) and seriously encountered amazing customer service from both Mary Ellen and Kristen. They couldn't be more passionate about animals and treated my little guy like a king. Another great perk you get when visiting Park Pet Supply is the fact that it is somewhat small and compact which in return makes it simple and convenient to find what you're looking for. No more searching high and low through (mostly) unnecessary products and/or overpricing of the products you do need. How is this so?? -Simple : because they only have the best of the best! ALL of their food products, treats, etc. are full of natural ingredients, lots of organic choices, and more that have your pets' best interest at heart. Everyone that represents Park Pet Supply couldn't be more passionate and genuine about the well being of your little fur-babies and just animals in general. Thank you! :) :) P.S. PLEASE support your Mom & Pop local shops! They are more than worthy of your business.

They had a lot of options! Very knowledgeable and friendly. In a cool eclectic area of town Kinda pricy but i liked the atmosphere and they do offer a punch card for frequent visits.

Ask the Community - Park Pet Supply

Hello can I bring my dog in for cut/trim only if he was bathed 2days ago?

Hello, we are a retail pet supply store and we do not offer grooming. There is a groomer next door that can be reached at Fursideeav.com

Do you have Axolotls? (By the way it says I’m from San Francisco but I’m from Atlanta)

No, we do not sell any live animals.

I have a 75 galling fish tank and need to have it cleaned after being not in use for a few years. It's completely dry. What company should I look for and what should the pricing look like? Thanks so much.

We are mostly a dog and cat supply store so I am not sure about that kind of service. I recommend finding a fish store or aquarium maintenance company and compare quotes. Thank you for asking though

sometimes 5-star reviews are goodbyes. this is exactly that type of Yelp entry…read more Whole Dog Market was recently acquired by another company, and they are taking on the name of "Pet Wants." I'm sure it will be a lovely experience as much of the staff will be staying on. I found out about the acquisition on a recent trip to pick up the kibble I've been purchasing there for the better part of 3 years. the folks notified me that they will no longer be keeping Fromm products in stock (available via special order) and that I should transition to Pet Wants kibble. based solely on that interaction, I don't think we are fully grasping what it means to switch the kibble a dog has gotten used to--or the inherent stress and effort it takes to gradually shift the dog's (or cat's) food. I wasn't happy about that. I love the staff here, and our dog got his name from an inspirational visit back in 2022. but I'm just not getting the point of selling to Pet Wants, nor am I "with" the concept of force-switching (lack of a better term) to in-house kibble. I'll probably go back, but my primary visits will be to Highland Pet Supply, which keeps all Fromm products in stock. thanks for the memories!

There is plenty of parking with the private lot. Along with many other stores in the shopping center. The store is open and bright. It is easy to find items in The Whole Dog. The items are organized well. Also the space is not cramped so you have plenty of area to move around. I loved all of the grain free food options! It can be hard to find different types of food. Especially with good ingredients when you read the back of the bag. I did not have that issue at The Whole Dog Market. They also had dog foods at a variety of price points. They had a large refrigerated and frozen section. Also an area with probiotics, calming chews, and much more for your pup. And of course large treat wall! The customer service was phenomenal! We were greeted upon arrival. The associate asked if we needed any help we told her we were browsing. She said to ask if we needed any help. We ended up having a few questions. And every single question we had she answered completely. She obviously knew the products in the store well. She also gave us suggestions or substitutes for products if they did not have them. Basically if you are in Atlanta and you have a dog the Whole Dog Market is a place you should visit!

We got our pet's vaccines here recently when we missed our normal low cost pet vaccine monthly clinic and it wasn't that much more. The staff were sweet with our dog and the paperwork wasn't too bad, although the heart worm medicine they tried to sell us wasn't the cheapest. On our last visit we paid about $40 for a basic bath for our dog which seemed kind of pricey (I don't understand why the "materials" are a separate and extra cost, why not just include that in the price, I don't want to feel like I'm purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster). We booked our appointment and they told us at our on time drop off to come back in 2 hours. When we expressed surprised they told us this was better than some of the normal wait times. So I'm getting that this is the standard car dealer oil change, you have an appointment but it doesn't actually mean much? I'd rather choose a place the appointment team is meaningful in the future. Other than that, they have a good variety of supplies, toys, pet accessories, and food options of course here and the staff seem knowledgeable and friendly.

Renique was the salon manager, and under her leadership, everything ran smoothly. It's clear she left due to an unfavorable work environment, and the atmosphere has gone downhill since. My dog, Prince -- a vibrant senior who has always been calm and well-behaved -- was unfairly labeled "overly sensitive," denied services, blacklisted, and blocked from booking grooming appointments online. This never happened under Renique's gentle, professional care. These actions raise serious concerns about how animals are treated at this location. However, I've been VERY tired and grooming two mini goldendoodles is just a lot on me nowadays. Today I brought my girl up here for a an express wash and blow dry so I could just do her cut at home. I made certain to comb her out fully and remove any matting. I even confirmed with the front desk person that her coat was free of knots, tangles, etc. This is the second time they have done a very mediocre job at properly drying the coat. Not only was it not blown out all the way, she had THREE matted knots (leg, neck, rear) that were NOT there when I dropped her off. I expected to be able to jump right into using my clippers, it kept jamming up and I had to use my own forced-air dryer and slicker brush to get it smooth enough for the blades. I 100% understand that curly/wavy coated dogs like this require a bit more, but I didn't expect to have to go over 50% of the work I paid to have completed. Edit: What's crazy is I left this review in their private portal for someone to contact me in August. No response until this Yelp review. I'm not sure if I'm being called a liar or not, because the response is all over the place LOL
