I have been bringing my dog to this vet for years. Please keep in mind not just for his routine…read moreshots. My dog has had servers allergy problems. He has bad knees. I've bought tons of medication from them and all his normal flea and tick ointments and heartworm medications. So after $5,000 in vet bills we discover that my dog is allergic to beef. So before this was discovered I had paid $125 for chewable heartworm medication that is beef flavored. Bottom line is I went to them and they said they won't allow me to exchange it for something else. I'm livid. It's not like I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange and they refused. I hope them denying my dog was worth losing my business. I understand everybody has policy's that they must follow but I also was a good customer and I always paid in cash. He still had his puppy scruff. They obviously didn't know how to do the cut. I will let the pictures speak. They refused to refund our money and said they would correct it on Monday after consulting other groomers on staff. Don't worry we will not be back and I'm leaving a review every where I can. DO NOT TAKE YOU PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also tried to tell us that our dog was not a pure breed standard schnauzer but possibly a terrier mix. Find another place or do it yourself.
