Alexa deserves special recognition -- she was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help us even in full Code Brown Emergency conditions. No judgment, no attitude, just great customer service. That's why this location gets 5 stars. Employees like Alexa are the reason people stay loyal to a store. I have to say, anyone who has anything negative to say about Joel, The Atlanta Fish Guy, really…read moredoes not have a clue! Joel has serviced our 180-gallon fish tank for probably 10-15 years. You really don't know what you've got with Joel until you find yourself without him for six months! Our tank had a lot of rock in it because it was originally a salt water tank, which Joel converted to fresh water years ago. Due to having problems with his shoulder and all the heavy rock in our tank, Joel had to stop being our maintenance guy. It was a very sad day for us when he couldn't maintain our tank anymore, but even sadder when after finding a new, supposedly professional fish guy (with good reviews!), he managed to kill every single fish in our tank! There were no mechanical, lighting or fish feeder issues, but a few days after a recent cleaning, our 25 or so fish started acting funny; all on top of the water in the corners. A few days later, every fish was dead. I immediately contacted Joel, with the hope that he could help us again or at least tell me who to call. He was here the next day! With his shoulder feeling better now, he and his son were able to drain every drop of water out and empty and clean all the gravel and rock. The tank is back in action and more beautiful than ever with Peacock cichlids and more plants than rock so it's manageable for him now. It's magnificent and Joel did the job in no time at all! So, here's praying for Joel to have good shoulders for many, many years to come because I NEVER want to be without him again! And after contacting the former guy with a more than nice text message about our ordeal and to tell him we're going back to Joel, his only response was: "OK." Joel is the absolute best and very reasonably priced for his expertise in the field! I feel very fortunate that we live within his service area. I'm sorry if you don't, but don't blame that on Joel for goodness sake!! We love you, Joel! And THANK YOU!!!

We found Chan and his company on the net. He and his wife came out immediately and assessed our needs and gave us a price to do a deep clean, new rock work and lighting. They came out on the date they said they would and got ev done in one day. They took impeccable care of our koi, did a remarkable job cleaning the pond, did the rock work and installed the lighting. I cannot say enough as to the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to build a pond or just routine maintenance. Thank you guys so much. They are going to be doing our monthly maintenance also.

The "one hour" promise: Turned into "your baby will be ready at 9." That's not one hour... that's an entire Netflix binge. App vs. Reality: App said "ready." Phone call said "not ready." Store said "we don't even open yet." Y'all, PetSmart out here running three different storylines. Me to the register girl at 9:03: In my head -- "Ma'am... you don't see me with this full cart?" What I really said -- "Are you open?" Takeaway for me & other pet parents: No more 7 a.m. appointments. They're on PetSmart Standard Time (PST) and it clearly runs 2-3 hours behind. Bring your laptop, patience, and a snack.

I like the in store pick up for online orders, but I wish they had a pick up location somewhere. Often times the only people up front are the cashiers and I either have to wait in line or wait for an associate to come. The sales are decent and most Saturday's they have pet adoption so you can check out the furry friends. They do dog training here and grooming. I've only groomed my dog a couple of times. I don't like that I can't see the wash/bath and the blow dry. If you're going to have glass windows to show the grooming, why not make the whole place visible? It's a little suspect. Customer service is decent, the manager is nice, the forklift driver who works early mornings is also very nice. Huge store with lots of different items in stock!

He looked traumatized, and I was furious. It's like they have no clue how to handle pets professionally. The staff was rude and dismissive, and clearly didn't care about customer service at all. When I tried to get answers, they acted like I was bothering them. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. The grooming area and store itself were dirty and disorganized. It didn't feel safe or clean enough for animals, let alone people. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal, let alone a living pet. It's clear there's no real work ethic here--just people rushing through the day without regard for quality or care. The way they handle the animals is rough and careless. My dog was shaking when I picked him up. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would also like to mention that the manager of the establishment was very nice and definitely did see imperfections between our dogs. She stated that the tale was unevenly shaved, un proportioned, and there was places that hair still could've been kept to be honest. It looks like Stevie Wonder could've shaved my dog and probably did a better job if you are considering this establishment do not go you would literally be neglecting your dog
