I contacted her mid day on Friday and she was able to hem my pants before the end of her workday on Saturday. There was a rush fee added to the price of the hem, which was completely understandable. She was very friendly, and her prices are fair. The pants look great, too. She even does custom design and embroidery work. I will definitely keep her in mind for future sewing needs.

Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

I was in the airport and I knew that I would need a pair of gloves and as I had never really owned a pair living in Miami my whole life I walked into this store hoping they had some. I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

Since new management arrived, my spouse, who has worked there for years, and other employees face harassment and disrespect. The environment is toxic, leaving my wife emotionally broken. I've seen the manager, Brian, acting aggressively and under the influence during visits, which is unsafe for staff and customers alike. My shifts change frequently to support my spouse, forcing other officers to rearrange their schedules--this ripple effect stresses many families, including mine.
