The store is always laid out nicely and there's rarely a tone of foot traffic, thus it's a peaceful shopping experience. The women who work in the store are always helpful and offering to look items up or start a fitting room as soon as they see you collecting items. I appreciate that they give attention without being pushy or overbearing. This store operates like a small business, in that there are only a few of each item in the various sizes and once they're gone it can be hard to get it. So, I will often find that the item I like most is no longer available in my size. The prices are moderate to high, so most clothing items I saw today were priced $40-80 each. The sale racks (off-season/summer items) were priced at $25/item (mostly shorts and tanks in small sizes). Their fitting room is so spacious and inviting! It's probably my favorite fitting room of any store ever. Bottom line: the store is hit or miss but it's a cute store and a fun shopping experience. Sometimes I leave with an item or two and sometimes I leave empty-handed

They'll make it seem like has no value they do not pay market price, very scam like shady business practices. I guess they have to do this to stay in business. Again if you need to sell your valuables go to somewhere with reputation and a place that has better business practices with better margins. These guys stay in business because they straight up offer significantly less money than it's actually worth, a desperate person might not do the research and miss out on thousands! We were asking questions over the phone to avoid a wasted 45 minute drive one way. And I'm sure you're going to guess it, THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT HE WANTED SO WE WASTED THE DRIVE. Terrible terrible customer service. I get you can't let people run over you but be a little more patient and kind. This is what's wrong with the world these days.
