I was trying to ask questions, just to understand the types of services that they offered, and she talked to me in a very rude tone. When I was asking what I could do about removing the patch myself, she went on to continue to talk to me as if I was a child--if not like I was stupid. The other people there were a bit more helpful and more understanding, but the attitude that I encountered today was enough to make me never go back to any Serendipity location ever again!

I told her I was very excited to be there and that I wanted to get my purse and blow dryer case monogrammed. She immediately said, "we can't do the purse and we can't do the blow dryer case." So I said thank you took my stuff and left. I then heard of a lady at Moyes pharmacy that does monogramming. I went brought her my purse and blow dryer case and she did it with no problems or excuses as to why she couldn't. The pictures that I have provide are NOT FROM SERENDIPITY!!! It is small and personable and you can get in and out with ease. The store carries, bags, scarves, hats, jewelry and other accessories. For that very special occasion bling, they carry decorative, (jeweled), tiaras, combs and barrettes and whatever you might need. I find it really difficult to find adult hair accessories that are reasonably priced. The only option is really the kiosks that you see in the mall but the ones I like are from $20 to $30. At this store, the accessories are way more affordable. The owner/manager was very helpful, even trying on pieces for me to see and holding up items for me to photograph. I was able to send the picture to my daughter and have her select the item that she wanted. It was perfect! This is a great place for teens who need special accessories for prom, homecoming or any other special event and for women who might be celebrating a special anniversary or preparing for a holiday party. Services are great and prices are more than reasonable. Definitely worth the drive!

After my contracted terms I returned to the store to receive my unsold items and payment for any…read moresold items. I was informed a check was issued and said I had not receive it. The owner said she would follow-up with her accountant but she had not been advised of any checks not clearing. As of today, a month later, I have not received a follow-up call on the outstanding payment. I even wrote a letter requesting a call back and the owner confirmed she received the letter, even showed it to me, but did not reciprocate the request for correspondence. I guess since I no longer live in the area the owner feels she can take advantage of me.
