Once the order arrived at Macy's I was notified to pick it up on 12/22. While at Macy's store pick up area in Morrow. Ga I told the employee that I decided that I didn't want the cologne and I wanted a refund due to finding it at a cheaper price from a different store. The employee stated I had to go ahead and sign the receipt stating I picked it up but I could leave the product with them and call customer service to ask for a refund. The next day on 12/23 I called customer service about my refund and the customer service rep stated I should receive an email about my refund and I never received anything from them. In January I decided to try to get my money back through my bank, after 2 months worth of investigating my bank stated I had to contact Macy's because they were stating that I picked the item up but in reality I DID NOT! I've tried contacting them 3 different times and each time they have gave me the run around and I just want my MONEY BACK!
